Poor customer service
My CPO vehicle I purchased six months ago and 8k miles ago developed a leak, serpentine belt failure that lead to alternator, air conditioner and power steering failure. I did not have an appointment and took the car in to Rick Case service for diagnosis under warranty on Saturday early morning. The greeter curbside was immediately annoyed by me being there. I was made to feel like a second class citizen with my old used car disturbing their flow. After a few hours I was called with the diagnosis and informed that the service will not be completed until Monday. I asked for a service loaner as I had to move to and from work on Sunday and Monday. I was refused unapologetically because they did not have any available. I asked for options, such as other brands or for reimbursement of reasonable Uber expenses. I was denied without an apology. I asked to speak with the service manager to discuss possible options. I waited for a call back from 4:00pm until 9pm. In between, I called every hour or so to ensure we get some resolution before the dealership closed for the day. No call back, no acknowledgement of me waiting. Monday I was told the parts have been ordered and my car would be ready on Tuesday. I am unpleasantly surprised that a certified VW service within a VW dealership does not have available a $20 serpentine belt, a fuel hose and a couple of clips. When I asked this question, my service advisor stated that my car is old. It’s a certified Pre-owned with an engine that has been produced until very recently in many VW group vehicles. Again, I was made to feel like a second class citizen with my pre-owned car that VW sold me! I was provided a loaner for overnight Monday, and then demanded that I return it “no longer than 4:30pm the following day”. I returned it as soon as I finished my workday (past 4:30). The frustration is not worth it, I’ll definitely go to a different dealer and service in the future

From the moment, I called and spoken with Ken. Everything started going smoothly from speaking to Nick to the closing of the deal with Gregory. The customer service, response time I could not be any happier with the choice of leasing my new Tiguan with Rick Case. I took my car in for service today because the low oil...
I took my car in for service today because the low oil light indicator came on. I havent even reached the miles for my first oil change. I dropped of early before work and picked up after work. I was totally disappointed the Rick Case service. I picked up my car and it was filthier than when i had dropped it off. I had to wait about 20 minutes even before the car was found somewhere on the second floor and brought to me. It totally made me think that my car wasnt even looked at. I just feel like they just hit the reset button and off the car goes. I am seriously concerned about my safety and that of my family. I really do hope oil was added if it was low which i dont understand how that can be on a 2020 vehicle. I give the service department a zero review as they didnt not fulfill my expectations. I will not recommend this dealer to purchase a new vehicle yet alone to use the service department.
