My lease recently expired, went in for a new lease with a VW Jetta S. My sales specialist (Victor Meijia) was wonderful from the beginning. I recommend him highly. Based on the fact that this would be my 2nd car. The service was topnotch.

Walter Chavez is an outstanding service coordinator. He’s very friendly, goes out of his way to be helpful, great communication and sincerely cares. Dealership is well maintained and comfortable.

Excellent service and customer service, efficiency when doing and closing the deal. friendly and very proactive . Person who can be seen with the naked eye who loves his job.

I will never get back to this dealer. The Manager was extremely rude. He was holding a staff meeting at working hour, in middle of the showroom at 9:15am. Why he is open for business if he doesn't want ANY customer to look at the cars that are in the showroom? He show either have his meeting before he opens to the public or in a private room, no in middle of the entire business! I wanted to buy a car, I needed to look at the vehicle there, he screams and kicked me out of the floor, very upset like if I was out of line. In front of his entire personal, everyone saw his actitud towards a customer. If that is the same that he is setting up, what can you expect from customer service there! When I walked out of the area towards the service department, a salesman came to me and apologized. I said..."why you apologized if you haven't done anything?" He has to come and apologize, not you. Of course the manager never came! Now I am taking my money to Gunther VW. Never again to Rick VW! I would like the owner to know how his people are treating the customers, this is easy to find out as it happens in front of everyone!

Great experience. Wasn’t sure which model would fit our needs as a growing family and Alexander took his time and showed us every model.
