Okay two days later the truck broke down on my way out of state for work. I was left without a vehicle and had to put the truck in the shop and cost me over $1700. I contacted lamb motors and they didn’t care. They didn’t even offer to help. When I made the purchase I asked about a warrant and Ellis told me to call back in 2 weeks and he would set it up for me. Now I know what happened, he was trying to keep the monthly payments low to make his sale so he didn’t include a warranty in my loan which screwed me. I feel cheated and lied to. They didn’t care that the truck they sold me caught on fire and cost me over in all $2400

I bought a vehicle I was under the impression they had remodeled and driven as business vehicle. Shortly after buying it I got a $4k to 7k quote to fix airbag. The expensive mirror just fell off the vehicle, the mirror motor broke, missing bracket on battery, seat belt tensioner issue, gear shift broke off, fenders coming up, interior cloth falling off. I am disappointed in quality of the vehicle and remodel work is an understatement. I tried multiple times to get resolved with the air bag issue. Finally got ahold of owner after airbag issue with no help. Have called multiple times since and asking to speak to owner and still waiting for return call.

My experience at Lamb Motors was a great one . My Turbo went out on my truck and I was directed to a lamb motor premier or they service my truck I was in there 8:00 a.m. on Thursday morning no one had the turbo locally so it had to be overnight and me put me back on the road by 5:30 in the next evening so I was in and out of there in a day or so which was tremendous I was surprised to have a enormous amount of mechanics on it one hand and in the interacting with the customer service was outstanding so I give them a five star if you haven't Huntington Alabama and you're broke down look up now Motors you won't regret it

No pressure. Salesman who I think was Brian was very helpful. He was laid back and let us drive several vehicles. Still trying to make up my mind but I’ll be back.

Big lot with lots of choices. They also have a good service department. Bryan had the mechanic explain exactly what the truck needed and the cheapest way to get it done. Haven’t purchased yet but I plan to.

***Beware*** Lamb Motors over in Hamilton, AL was terrible to deal with. The sales person tried numerous times to sell me on a car that I was not interested in. He presented ultimatums and insults instead of quality sales assistance.

I recently was looking for a nice truck that fit my budget. The team at Lamb Motors was extremely helpful and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search for a car. Best car buying experience I have had!
