Awesome

So I came in as promised, the truck I was looking for was not suitable, I did however purchase another. Was greeted we walked in, Brian came and took us out....Wes took a lot of time with us, Everything was great. The only negative thing I can say is we were there for 5 hours and was not offered a drink, not water nothing. That is a long time to go without a drink of any kind. Water would have been good. Does not change my 5 star rating, I will be back to buy another car and I will recommend you to my friends. I will bring my cooler though. Thanks for the enjoyable experience

Impressive

I will be coming there tomorrow to look for a truck, I have spent some time on this website, what stands out to me is you posted bad reviews as well as the good ones. I really appreciate the attempt at honesty. Very refreshing, am excited to come there tomorrow.

horrible communication

I was interested in buying a vehicle from these guys. I called both phone numbers listed as the salesmen. They were always nice, BUT I called them 4 times a piece and tell me they'd call me back. I had to call back every time!!! I eventually gave up. Called the office number, they would never be there so the office lady said they'd call me back.... guess what? they didn't call me back.... this went on for a few days and was a total of about 10 phonecalls that wasted my time. I wouldn't even waste my Unlimited minutes cell phone package minutes on these guys... BTW, one of the guys I talked to that never called back, the worst one of all of them, was the owner!!!!

Bad experience of buying my first car,KIA RIO 2011

Hey! Got a car from them and highly disappointed! It was my first car and was so excited to find something good for me. Bryan seemed very trustful to me. During the test drive the engine light poped up but Bryan said it happened only because of the water gotten inner while his guys were getting car ready for me. Next day after filling up tank with the gas car never started, I had no clue what was going on. Since then I figured that the battery works good and my engine light is always on. All I have to do to start the car after filling up tank is push gas pedal couple times.. weird. Car with surprises. Thanks, Bryan!!!

Hello Hanna, I see that you have given me a not to friendly review on here and other places,the thing I don't understand is I have not received one single phone call from you with a complaint about the car that you bought.If you had called me are came back we would an will be glad to look at your vehicle.I gave you my card with my personal cell phone number on it an I have received no call only bad reviews.we also put a warranty on your vehicle so that you can get it repaired are checked at any auto shop are bring back to our shop an we can repair it under your warranty. Best Adventure Ever!!!!

My 2014 MAzda6!! There it was!! Just like Bryan said.. I hopped out the truck as my heart was pounding with excitement, maybe from the trip or maybe the 10 hr drive ahead, I have been waiting patiently for 2 years for a deal like this, its my White Pearl Mazda 6 i touring with Tech ooooh weee, It was 10:30pm exactly and Bryan the Sales Manager that I was working with for about a week assured me the car is exactly like it looks online, Clean Carfax one owner and all I had to do was hand over my draft sign a couple of papers and I was on my way after a quick test drive of course, 6hrs at the Airport, 2 Delayed Flights and 1 hr drive from Tampa for an earlier departure from Orlando airport had made my day more nerve racking than I ever felt before, I sold my car two days prior, bought a plane ticket and put a deposit down to secure it, Bryan had his driver Bill waiting for me and had been there since noon, I arrived at 8:30pm, we jetted out to the Dealer, also this was my first Time in Alabama, nervous and excited to see my new Car, it was the best solo adventure ever, we drove thru the mills and I saw where Tornadoes made paths thru brushes, we talked about our Faith, about music and just life in general, When we arrived I met Bryan in Person for the first time and it felt like we were longtime friends, he had everything waiting for me, I signed and he gave me the Keys and a temp tag and I was on my way by 11pm, the 10hr drive back to Tampa was Heavenly from the Nav to the Bose to the New car smell, it was everything I never imagined it to be, I stopped once for gas because he had it filled for me " IT WAS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER"!!! So Ha Haa I feel so Blessed to have met everyone at LAMB MOTORS INC... I will be back for my daughters car...

NEW Used 2012 Lexus RX350

I had been looking for 2012/2013 LEXUS RX350 to replace my 2002 RX300. Searched "high and low" looking for the right color (Satin Cashmere) and options. Finally found one at Lamb Motors Inc. At first I was very skeptical of finding a nearly new (10,250 miles) LEXUS at a Used Car Dealer in Hamilton, AL. However, after making the nearly 2 hour trip from Huntsville to Hamilton I was pleasantly surprised to find "my dream car" exactly as stated in the ad. After a test drive I discovered the audio system was non-operational. Bryan advised me that that would be NO problem, it would either be covered under warranty OR he would pay for the necessary repair. I purchased the car on Saturday and proudly drove it home. On Sunday evening, I received a call from Bryan who told me that the owner's son (Ethan) would come by my home, pick up the vehicle and delivery it to LEXUS of HUNTSVILLE for repair....!!!! Now is that true customer service or WHAT! The next day Ethan called and we made arrangements to get the vehicle t the LEXUS dealer for repair. OUTSTANDING customer support and I would quickly recommend Lamb Motors, Inc., to anyone looking to purchase an automobile!

Lamb Motors Review

Bryan is a busy fellow and it may take a call or two for him to accommodate you. That being said, he will give you an honest evaluation of the vehicle including everything that is wrong with it (that he can visually see). I was considering purchasing a salvage vehicle from them but when he did the walk around, the repair process was more than I was willing to tackle. I appreciate his time and effort in the process. Most of all I appreciate his honesty.
