Expect Zero help from the service department

Sales department was great but as all the other comments have said. Zero Customer service. I have Jeep warranty, extended warranty and nothing has been repaired on my car. 4 months and 6 trips later. They have lied and won’t even respond to my concerns. I feel bad for the sales people because the service department will put this place out of business soon.

If I could select a minus amount of stars, I would. This...

If I could select a minus amount of stars, I would. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even when told in person that we were not happy with the turn around of service or even ordering the wrong parts to further delay the repairs, they told us we could go somewhere else. Can't believe thats their solution. So much for supporting local. Even when they was no one else waiting and four guys doing nothing they were unwilling to help or provide reasonable solutions or any service at all. What is a person to do?? The manager himself suggested we go somewhere else. Whats the point of even having this dealership in Lodi, no one wants to go there due to their poor ratings, poor communication skills and awful customer service. Its sad.....

Something has changed with dealership. Terrible Customer Service. Very cold atmosphere and seems only interested in the income rather than the service. Service techs not helpful with options.... take it or leave it type attitude. Seems big turnover except for parts desk which is the only positive I see left....will never buy another truck/jeep there again....Lad

It would be amazing if someone out there ran a dealership...

It would be amazing if someone out there ran a dealership service department that was completely open and honest about what to expect. Made an appointment to have my Jeep worked on at 9am. It needed to get a control module reflashed. A process that does not take much time but does take proprietary software and an extremely expensive tool. Arrived at the stealership and was told 9am was their drop off time. They wouldn’t even be touching the car until the end of the day. Don’t make an appointment if you aren’t going to honor it. Tell people over the phone what you actually mean by an appointment. I would have made plans and figured out how to make it work if I’d have known. You can’t take my families only vehicle for an entire day without notice. Horrible customer service and insane prices are why I stay away from the dealership service department as much as possible. But sometimes you can’t avoid it. Like I said, it would be so very nice if someone out there ran a service department that was completely open and honest about what to expect.

Be honest about what to expect

It would be amazing if someone out there ran a dealership service department that was completely open and honest about what to expect. Made an appointment to have my Jeep worked on at 9am. "Merry Christmas" Click

I want to leave a 1 star rating for your dealership. I received a voicemail message from Shannon, following up to my Kelly Blue Book instant purchase request.When I returned Shannon's call , he asked me what it was about, I explained I was returning his call, and was not 100% sure. He got very "impatient", and short with me, explaining that he makes over 100 calls a day, and was very busy. I was insulted by his tone & message, I offered that perhaps if he had over 100 customers, he was too busy to serve me, he laughed , and said "Merry Christmas" and hung up on me. I cannot think of a more insulting way to be treated, as a consumer I have choices and will not be using your services. Kevin Moran 12-02-2021

Terrible service

I would give no stars if possible. This dealers service manager Joe admitted they did not diagnose vehicle by the Chrysler factory repair manual. I feel that is the purpose of the dealer otherwise you can go to any shop. Good luck anybody going in for service at this dealer. If the owner Leonard Harrington of this dealer really cares about customer service I hope they reach out to me. I have also filed a complaint with Chrysler regarding this dealers service center.

Don’t buy from this dealer

This place is terrible the service department is terrible I paid 3000 in extra insurance and nothing was covered I only had this car for 3 months and stuff is breaking don’t buy from here

Flip prices and have a history! Look up!

I've never been in a place so negative and cold. And yes as to all the complaints about Steve are true as can be! Money in hand, approved financing, and they sold the vehicle without a word or anything even after a signed hold was done! You wanna get your credit ran 8 times and screwed over, you've come to the right place. But hey, it's all good, they got internet sells to rip people off of in different parts of the state. Worked in car sales before, have family in car sales. These people are the worst! Go elsewhere. Not military family friendly! We called prior to the time given to continue the financing. Full of lies and not a word was said and Shannon still came back and said they did give a chance. This place is a joke!
