To date I'm very pleased with my experience, there are a couple of problems that my salesman Mike is taking care of, could not have been treated better.

The process was super fast and very informed. The facility was immaculate and the vehicle exactly as described. Doug himself was extremely nice and energetic and a pleasure to work with.

Everything about exceptional motorcar is wonderful! Great people willing to go far and beyond for you! Got an awesome truck at an awesome price. 2 hour drive to go get it and I couldn’t be happier! Would def recommend to anyone!

Doug was very helpful in my car buying experience and was not pushy and helped my find a truck in my price range and mile range.

I won't even fo into the shape of the truck i looked at since everyone should have a inspection done from an independant shop. My issue is with Jamie Smiddy!! Spoke to him in regards to a truck and he talked me into putting a deposit down before i drove 2 and a half hours to look at the truck, obviously it failed my inspection which did not seem to be an issue, he said they would mail my deposit back asap. Well here we are 45 days later and several emails saying he would look into this and i still have not gotten my deposit back!!!!! I feel like a fool, I should have read the reviews before ever giving them a deposit. What a poor way to run a buisness, I do not recommend buying anything from them but if you do DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN and HAVE SOMEONE INSPECT BEFORE YOU BUY

Where do I begin? My salesman was very friendly & helpful in my situation. This was my best experience ever in buying a vehicle. And this will be the only place that I will ever go to. I highly recommend them. And I absolutely love my Equinox. Thanks again for your time & patience.
