I purchased a f450 off Jamie. He was fast to answer all my questions and was fast on response. I ask for some more pictures of the truck and he went out took some and sent them right over. Not a lot of dealers Would of done this.

I had a good experience and received a good deal. In the end, I ended with a great truck from a very good sales team.

The suv's I looked at were all rated a "great value" by Carfax and Car Guru's so I felt I got a great deal on my 2017 Lincoln MKC. We had a fantastic experience with Exceptional Motorcar! We searched for months for a 2017 diesel GMC Canyon Denali- and there it was!! Shanna was fantastic with communicating with us and getting us all the answers we needed since we had a 7 hour drive to get there. Once we arrived, we worked with (we can't remember the man's name, but we believe it was Jordan) but he was laid back and not pushy. Mike, that handled the financial aspects of the process, was AMAZING! We had multiple issues with the banks and he was cool, calm, and collected and helped us with every step of the way. We couldn't thank this crew enough for everything they did. Can't wait to make another 7 hour trip to get my next vehicle!!

Called Paul on the way to the dealership. He had the car ready and air conditioning running, ready for the test drive. Dealing with Paul was relaxing but professional. Definitely go back to this dealership.
