Exceptional Motorcar

The sales consultant (Jamie) did a great job communicating with me via text about the details and overall quality of the vehicle we purchased. He knew the history of the car which was nice.

Vehicle knowledge either was not there or was not shared. Car was not prepped for my first appointment. Very dirty with cobb/spider webs. I had to realize there was no wrench kit in the glove box. I got the impression that moving the vehicle off the lot was the priority not nessesarily my needs. I hope I made the right decision buying from Exceptional Motor Car. I guess time will tell.

I found what I wanted online and went in to take a look at the truck and within 15 minutes I was test driving. I came back a couple days later with my wife and within an hour I owned the truck. Overall my expericence was a good one. Paul helped out a lot and was easy to work with.

Jamie sold us a 2011 GMC truck, and we love it ! Jamie and the folks at Exceptional Motorcar got us the monthly payment we needed, and made the process painless. Awesome experience, great dealership! We found a car we like on a national website. It was at this dealership. I was impressed right away by the amount of information provided about the car upfront. It made it easy to get a good idea about the car. The internet people were a tad aggressive, but at least they cared about our business. We arrived early, but were welcomed. It was no hassle to test drive the car, and there was no hard sell after. The business was performed rapidly and we drove off with our new ( to us) car that day. Excellent service, easy process.

My experience on buying a vehicle was wonderful Jordan was very friendly answered all of our questions he even washed and filled up our tank on our new vehicle! We also got a great deal with our trade we got more than I thought it was worth! He also had the car started and cooled off for us to go on our test drive! Came across this dealership on Cargurus while looking for a used Challenger. This place was awesome! Got my eprice, within minutes I was on the phone with sales. Paul Duckett. Set up an appointment and drove in rental from Michigan. The line up cars definitely fits the dealership name. Unbelievable! If you are in the market for a nice ride, call this place, they have a very friendly staff, didn't feel the normal sales pressure. Be sure to ask for Paul Duckett, no bs with this guy. He told me if I drove it, I'd be taking it home. He wasn't kidding. Picture says it all. I will definitely buy from him again. Almost forgot.
