Initially, the communication during the buying process

Initially, the communication during the buying process was smooth, and everything seemed promising. However, once the purchase was completed, it became incredibly difficult to get hold of anyone, and responses were slow or nonexistent. It feels like once you walk out the door with your car, the dealership loses all interest in providing customer service or support. I expected a more attentive experience, especially after making a significant purchase. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed by the lack of follow-through after the sale.

Great experience from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish. Preston was helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The entire staff was very kind. Selection of vehicles was awesome. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Waltrip GMC when then time comes.

The staff in the sales area were very warm and

The staff in the sales area were very warm and accommodating on arrival. Melody was particularly helpful as well as her finance guy. The service staff was a little lack luster. Overall, I will give the Waldrip team @ Buick GMC 👍🏽. They have worked to get the smoky smell out of my purchase. Although not yet successful, their willingness to please deserves 👏🏽.

The associates are good, but additional training could

The associates are good, but additional training could make them better. I worked primarily with Willam and it seemed his training may have lacked one key ingredient...... know your audience! Not every buyer thinks the same.
