horrible customer service. The manager initiated a conversation with me on a car that I was quite interested in. The previous day Lithia had sent me a customer quote and I was planning on contacting them prior to Buddy's text. We texted back and forth for about 15 minutes and then all of a sudden no contact from Buddy. I sent 7 messages over the next 3 hours and got no response. I also left voicemails for Bryce, who had contacted me the day before saying that there was an error in their quote. Never heard from Bryce again either. Then I chatted with Angela/Amber on line at about 3:30. She assured me that she was sorry and someone would reach out. Never heard a word. This all occurred yesterday on Oct 31. I actually informed Buddy in one of my texts that we also may be interested in trading in my wifes Palisade in addition to bying the other car for my daughter. I ended up visiting Central Valley Hyundai where we worked with a nice young gal. (cant recall her name, started with an A) However we decided to wait as the deal was better in Fresno but I have no faith in that dealership. We have bought 3 Hyundais in the last 8 years and have never been treated like this. I am quite disgusted

they did not seem motivated to sell the car I was interested in. I asked for the out the door price because I live far from the dealership, they never responded with the ODP.

My son bought a used 2015 Suburu Imprezza yesterday, drove it to work and last night on his way home the front drivers side wheel came off and blazed down the freeway at 65 MPH he could have died as well as anyone in his path or the runaway tire. Unless you have a death wish stay away from this place! I feel a law suit comin' on!

Worst dealership ever. They need a to replace a bunch of people. Was able to get my deposit back and took my business to a dealer that wanted it

Be aware of the $3000 add on.
Be aware of the $3000 add on. After signing the contract we needed to pick up the car next morning with cash and left a check as a deposit. They confirmed the morning appointment with us and then we received a text that they had sold the car to someone else. We called and they never called us back.
