Rick Hendrick Chevrolet

My visit was typical of this dealership. They get the job done but only by doing the absolute minimum required. In general they do not go out of their way in treating the customer. For example Rick Hendrick Cadillac, which is right next door, always washes my vehicle and tops off the fluids when I come to the dealer. Rick Hendrick Chevrolet does not. They do not wash your vehicle and they never top off your fluids.

The dealership was very clean. Each employee we came in contact with was very helpful! Thank for always taking care of our needs. This was the first time we used them and we will not be going anywhere else.

This is our second vehicle we brought from Josh Fenelus he is very patient and helpful. We came in late in the evening but Josh stayed and patiently walked us through the process to get the sell done.Great salesman
