Service was bad. Put parts on backwards...

Stay away from this dealer. Purchased a vehicle here and less than 14 days later I had to put $4K of repairs into it. They did not try to work with me at all. Just said "you signed the papers; not our problem". Update...went in for service of vehicle at end of July 2019 because manager asked to make it up to me. See image. They could not even service the vehicle correctly. Put parts on backwards and did not tighten the bolts. No more chances for Crain Kia of Bentonville.

Great Experience

The dealership was very accommodating and made the car buying experience easier and stress free. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Love my new ride!

I love this place!!

Awesome experience! The staff was very helpful, they asked me if I wanted some water which I did, i was totally parched, it's like they read my mind! They also gave me a killer deal. Bought a Kia Soul, it looks totally rad in my driveway! 25 Stars!!

Very polite employees.

Bought a very clean used vehicle about a week ago now. Management was thoughtful of all my needs, I needed a lower payment and they did all that they could so I can drive off in my new car! I would recommend coming here ten times over again.

Crain sold me a LEMON. $4000 in repairs in 10 days

Do not purchase from here. They sold me a lemon. I had to spend $4000 in repairs the first 10 days after purchase. Don't trust their initial smiles.

two times I went to look at cars, not one person came out even when I motioned for them to come out, that was the first time the second time, some body came out, but when I told hem I was looking at used turned and walked off.

Not good, do yourself a favor and avoid

My God I’ll Never Get Out

Still currently waiting after 2 and a half hours for a brake light repair. No idea what’s going on. I will now have to leave it there overnight.

PARTS!!!

How can a dealership not stock parts. Brought sportage in due to indicator light but a part was needed. Took 3 days to get the part then had to schedule service, now at a week. Get repair stared found another part was needed, 2 wait plus the weekend only to discover after having to call at almost 4pm and get someone to walk out to the shop to check that ANOTHER part is needed. Another 2 day wait. It?s going to be almost 2weeks to get the repair completed with the majority of the time from waiting on parts.
