I liked the fact that this dealership had the advertised vehicle on the car lot, instead of tell me that the vehicle had just been sold, and try to sell me something else. Good customer service and I'm happy with my perches.

These guys are amazing! I came in to look at a car but it was already sold. I fell in love with a truck while I was there and am so happy with my purchase. I'm very indecisive and they were very patient with me. They really worked with me and made me a great deal. Casey made the buying process very easy. I highly recommend this place.

Stopped in on Wednesday and looked at a very nice truck. Seller advised, they had not gotten much interest in truck so far and they got the truck about a month ago. He even went on to say that they had just dropped the price $1000.00. I liked the truck and said I would be in touch. Same afternoon at 5 p.m. I called salesman and I said I would be there the next day by lunch. Salesman told me the truck was mine and he would call if anything changed. I got excited, even my wife and kids were thrilled. I busted tail Thursday morning to get my work done, took the rest of the day off and drove up to crm in Pelham, very excited. I got there by 10:30 a.m. I walked up to salesman and he said, " wish you would have called." I then said what?? Salesman goes on to tell me that someone is on there way to pick up the truck and that it was sold. I said that is not right because you told me the truck was mine. Salesman had the nerve to say, "that's just how car sales go." I said no it's not and stormed off saying you lied to me and wasted my time. I drove off and called the service manager at crm. He was apologetic but basically could not do anything. I just don't want people to think that this is that dealership down the street you can trust. Poor salesmanship absolutely no concern for " The golden rule " that most people go by.
