Christian was an excellent salesperson, very helpf

Christian is an excellent salesperson who went above and beyond throughout the entire process of getting me into my new car. He is very attentative, honest and smart. He really knows how to make the experience such a positive one that I choose to drive to the next county just to purchase from him. Highly recommend this gentleman to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Evelyn Wooden Customer

We went in to talk to Christian about my possibilities on an upgrade. Never did i think i would drive away in a 2021 Kia Sportage. Christian was very courteous and he was interested in what i wanted. He even got the color i love. Just ask for Christian he is there for you, the customer.

2015 Kia soul

My daughter got a kia soul 6 years ago 78k miles got a miss so I changed the plugs coil pack didn't work so I replied the injector #3 still nothing did a comprson test had none. Pec of junk went to benson chevrolet and got her a good car o by the way she took very good care of the car to change the oil regular garbage...

Drove here from Charlotte to purchase a 2018 Dodge...

Drove here from Charlotte to purchase a 2018 Dodge Charger. Car was 3k under book value which was great and the car I really fell in love with. HOWEVER, radio is defective and constantly gets stuck and my dashboard glass over the speedometer etc was stained in which I was promised it would be fixed expeditiously. Took weeks to get that done and they claim to have fixed the radio but still having the same issues despite my patience in investigating what the next steps are. I have been quite patent with them about this and my salesperson ALEX HIND ignores calls and texts until he feels convenient. He also likes to bring up that these repairs cost him and how it relates to the deal etc which should not mater because I thought it was about making the customer happy? Then gave me a loaner vehicle to take while they repaired my car that NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE AND HAD HALF A TANK OF GAS. They think I will eventually just go away but this is the first step in getting all issues alleviated and I wonder what they will think once I start contacting investigative reporters today about these issues and I have video and photos to back up my claims. Typical used car dealership. Do not buy a car from them or Alex Hind.

Went back on their word/handshake/gentleman agreement

I drove from Decatur, GA to the Benson Kia in Spartanburg, SC to buy a Kia Telluride LX. I had an online discussion of $34k (walk out price) going on with their internet manager Tina Castillo and when I met in person with their sales rep Dariel Sewell the deal came to $33.5k. I didn't feel that the deal was good on my end because after we talked and came to the 34k price point, I told them about my trade in (valued $300) and changing registration from GA to SC (change of $1,700 in taxes) they still wouldn't move down to $32k which I wanted (34000-300-1700). Dariel had printed out a Bill of Sale and I finally shook hands with Dariel to agree with the deal and he went and talked to the sales manager to tell them of the deal. Dariel came back and told me it was a waiting game now, because a family was looking at the car I already agreed to buying and had a gentlemen's agreement for, to start a bidding war. I felt this was wrong, bad business and I left. I already had the cash worked out with my bank, the car I wanted and all I was trying to do was buy. Now I didn’t think that Kia conducted business in these ways but it seems I am wrong.

Wonderful

We have been buying cars for a lot of years and I do mean a lot of years I have never had a sales person like Jennifer she is the most wonderful person I every meet at a dealership unshore of the new Telluride and of Kia but she made we so comfortable we just had to buy one look at two of them the ls and SX so we brought the s SX it is a beautiful suv about Jennifer she is so patient so caring spend a lot a time with us love the experience
