I spent a great deal of time searching for that "special" car. When I came across my new to me Audi 04 A4, I fell in love! Alex made the whole process so pleasant that it was easy to forget I was dealing with a car salesman, haha! Everyone made sure that all my questions had answers and any issues I came across were not thrown into the "As Is" column...a cut wire to the radio was repaired as well as trouble shooting and fixing my key fob! Bought a 2003 BMW X5 had the check engine light and transmission come on during the rid home. I called and talked to Nick and was told we will work with but you will have to pay some. I don't feel that is right, didn't even make it home before problems came up. Not a good way to do business in my mind.

Alex just accompanied us on a test drive. He is very courteous. Going to go back again tomorrow!
