I was interested in 2003 Volvo XC70 they had.Sent an email and 10 minutes later Alex was calling me.After about 15 minutes of conversation about the car I was confident that I can leave deposit on the car over the phone. Next week I took a plane from Boston to Cleveland .Alex was on time and he picked me up with beautiful Volvo XC70 .It was as clean and in great condition as it was advertised.He offer me to drive the car back to the dealer so that I if I see or feel something that I did not like to let him know so that they could correct it before I drove it back to Boston, The car drove great and when we got back to the dealer they offered to put the car on the lift so I can check it out myself.It looked great underneath too After paperwork was done I drove it back to Boston and now 3 moths later I am in love with my Volvo. Nenad & Alex were great to work with. Great Communication thru email and telephone while we were deciding to buy or not. Extremely friendly, upfront, and honest about every detail. We were not disappointed when my wife and I drove 153 miles one way from our home in WV to purchase an 05 Audi A6. The facility was clean and neat and the service was great! My wife loves her new ride! We have purchased several vehicles online and by far this was the greatest experience we had. We would buy from AUTOLIKA again!!!

Both guys were very friendly and laid back, and there was no pressure on me to buy a car. I was actually able to take my time and check all the cars that they offered, without having one of them behind me all the time. I test drove 4 different cars first day and guys didn't mind it at all. Next day I brought my daughter and we test drove Audi A6 again, and we ended up buying that one. I can be very picky about my cars sometimes, but the guys at Autolika stayed cool and friendly all the time. I highly recommend this dealer/service for anyone interested in European cars. Very nice guys... and prices were good too

I traveled 4 hours one way to look at a vehicle and ended up taking it home. Both guys at the shop are great people and treat people at the highest level of respect. I will return to them for all my auto needs and will continue buying vehicles from them for as long as I'm living and as long as they're in business.

A friend recommended Autolika to diagnose a check engine light on my Mercedes. My OBD II would only detect a generic transmission error code. Much more advanced Mercedes software was needed for the Mercedes 722.6 and Nenad (the owner) was able to help. He is a very genuine, nice, car guy who shows his passion for German and really, any European cars. He was kind enough to give me a ride home the evening I delivered the car, and even during the short drive home, he had an idea of what was going on and where to start. By ten the next morning, my car was ready for pick up. Transmission now shifts better than it ever did. And the hard shift into Park and Reverse is gone. The bill was more than fair and reasonable- especially considering what the local Mercedes dealerships would have charged me. Just outstanding service. Highly recommend.

I was so suprised at how profesional the guys were at Autolika Cars. They listened to me and did not even for a brief second try to push me into buying from tham. Thanx Alex! They put the car on lift for me so I can get a better look underneath it. Very happy with my Audi a6. Price on their cars are way below any other dealer around. I would highly recommend Autolika to everyone who is buying a car!

Autolika sells great cars for great price .Honest and upfront about the cars they have ,No pressure on customer to buy the cars, I bought 2003 Audi A8 and after few weeks i stared having some issues with it so I called them to see how mush it would cost to repair it and they helped us a lot buy doing all the labor for free I just had to pay for the parts at the price they pay for them and I did not ask for that they offered to help me out since I bought it from them .They only sell European cars and they know those cars very well .I am very satisfied with the customer care that I got from Autolika

I came to Autolika to look at 2006 passat for my son and they explained how those cars are great cars in a lot of ways but also how unreliable they are .They have repair shop also and work on Euro cars only and they told us what king of problems we can expect if we do buy it .You just don't hear that from somebody who wants to sell you a car .I felt that that was very honest and nice from them to tell us that.They also put the car on the lift for us so we can check it out from under the car.We test drove it and it was great .We did buy it and so far 6000 miles latter we don't have any big problems.We had check engine light a month latter and they diagnosed it for free and they installed the part for free we just had to pay for the part $36 Thank you Autolika for your honesty and fairness
