Very Happy with Apple Tree Acura

I had a great experience at Apple Tree Acura. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted so I came back to test drive a car several times. Tyler in Sales was great - no pressure with the right amount of follow up. Duane, the Sales Manager was very accommodating and we were able to work a deal that was right for us. I'm very happy with my purchase along with the friendliness and service that I received. Also, a quick shout out to the service department where they service our older Acura with the same customer service as if it was brand new.

AppleTree Service not up to par

After purchasing an Acura TSX from AppleTree Honda and Acura, I had oil consumption problems. As I had received a recall notice for this problem, I brought it into the dealership in October of 2018. I was told that the dealership would have to monitor this problem monthly for a complete oil cycle, photos were not an option. It is now 8 months later, and we are still monitoring. Long road trips are frightful for me, as I bring oil in my trunk and monitor along the way. In short, it loses about 4.5 qts of oil in 4000 miles. I am a lifelong Acura owner, but this experience has changed my mind. I would not buy or have my car serviced from Appletree again.

Unhappy with AppleTree Acura Service

After purchasing an Acura TSX from AppleTree, my car had oil consumption issues. In short, it was losing 4.5 qts of oil per 4000 miles. I received a recall notice about the issue and brought it in for service. I was told that the dealership would need to monitor the issue once a month for a complete oil cycle, taking photos and sending them in was not an option. After 8 months, I am still waiting and monitoring. Long road trips are a little scary, as I must take oil in my trunk and monitor along the way. I have not had resolution to this issue.

After not purchasing a car for several years, I had a wonderful experience with Apple Tree Acura. The salesman, Edward Burt, went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. He was extremely nice, very professional and courteous and did not make me feel rushed or dumb for the numerous questions I asked. From the time I walked into the dealership, he welcomed me warmly and was very interested to hear about what I had in mind and could afford. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and have already recommended him to two family members who are looking to buy new vehicles.

Dishonest dealer

Do not buy a car from the used car section. They will tell you a lie to your face when you know it is a lie and they know that you know it,a lie. An absolute lack of morals!

Great Experience

I had a great buying experience with Josh All. I walked in with specific features I was looking for. I visited several dealerships before Apple Tree Acura and each one tried to sway me to something else. Josh showed me everything that met my wants and nothing more. I found a beautiful Acura and the sell couldn't have been easier. They were very busy and short on people but still found a way to make it short and easy. I got a great deal on my car and my trade in value was fair. No "car salesman" stereotype. Short, fair, and easy. Very satisfied.

2016 RDX

This is my third time at Apple Tree and every time has been a great experience. It took awhile but then I picked the car just off the truck and still wrapped up and SO not ready to go. I imagine that three years from now I will back again for another one. Thanks Ed, Roger and Betsy
