This has been one of the most unprofessional and disappointing dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I was told in writing that only a soft credit pull would be done to estimate my payments. Instead, they ran six hard inquiries on my credit, which severely damaged my credit score. What’s worse is that they showed no remorse. Instead of apologizing, they actually threatened to remove me from their offices when I raised concerns. When TransUnion asked them to submit a cancellation request, they promised to handle it but never followed through. To make matters worse, they even altered the vehicle details before sending information to the banks, which made me look unqualified and gave them an excuse for the multiple hard inquiries. This dealership not only mishandled my application but also showed a complete lack of integrity and accountability. I feel deceived, disrespected, and left with long-term financial damage because of their actions.

I met with Zach Persons to take a look at the new VW ID
I met with Zach Persons to take a look at the new VW ID 4. I have bought and sold many cars in my life and for the most part I always figure out all of the new options/features for each one on my own. I chose this dealership because it was still “Mom & Pop” and I thought it would be more personal and I was right. Zach explained all of the specs and features of the ID 4. He showed me how specific features worked on the car by actually using those features on the test drive. ie, self parking, lane guidance, etc. He was eager to answer any questions I had and gave me 100% accurate answers to every question I asked, even dumb questions. Thanks again for everything!

This place is the worst!
This place is the worst! I bought a car from this dealership in 2021 and from day one, I’ve had nothing but issues with my car. I bought the car with a broken key fob and our deal was if I bought the car, they’d throw in a new key fob for free. They decided not to mention that neither fob has a physical key, which I had to pay for, but they also decided to have me pay to get that “new free fob” programmed into the car. Ever since day one, this car has hard shifting, the GPS will straight up fail, and the central touchscreen for the car will randomly reboot. The heater has a small rattling noise since day one, and my backup camera is spotty at best. This car also had swollen lug nuts on it and I had to find that out when I was trying to simply rotate my tires. Exactly one week after I bought this car, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. All of my safety features were turned off, including ABS and traction control. When I brought this issue to them, they told me they would send this car to O’Meara ford as they sold me a fusion. What they decided to do instead was take it over to their Chevy shop as “they had a ford certified tech” and not mention a single word to me about this change. Keep in mind this whole process took 2 weeks. After I had to get a hold of their CEO to help, the car was finally delivered to ford, in which my car was “fixed.” They told me the wiring was melted because the battery leaked through everything. Once the car was delivered to ford, it only took a week for them to work on this. This company does not care of your inconveniences and will make sure to make a profit over your frustration.

They have a pretty good inventory of nice vehicles to choose from, Steve Stern and James Huett have always greated us and been polite and professional, working with us to get a payment and amazing!! warranty we can afford. Can't really explain the warranty on this new Taos, you'd have to check it out for yourself to believe it!! Absolutely over the the top!! We usually make an appointment with sales or service , Which helps a lot on a busy Saturday. Sales definitely takes some time so be prepared. I'd much rather spend the time up front than have a rushed sale and unanswered questions on a vehicle I really don't want. So please and thank you... take all the time you need! Thank you guys for another great experience. Hope to be sending more folks your way for the same great deals!.
