Service techs did good job, but advisors gave inconsistent information and we're not organized. Did not get estimate of charges and.concerned I was erroneously billed.

Hello, I failed to mention that everyone I dealt with on the day we took the car in was super nice and very helpful, we went for some recalls, so we weren’t charged, but they treated us like we were spending a million dollars…. It’s a car for my daughter, and knowing that everything was in great working condition and safe made me feel a lot better….. thank you again for the great service … it’s very much appreciated

15 Words will not describe how stupid I was to purchase this vehicle.. I purchased this unit used, no warranty. I will have 4 years to think about this. I cannot believe there are people that would sell this vehicle with so many issues and not feel guilty about letting it go out the door knowing someone will be driving this vehicle every day.

feel free to talk to justin, or steve, or caitlyn. resolution is all i am asking for and no one in your organization is capable of providing it. i traded in my vehicle on 7.1 and as of 7.27 my prior lender is still not showing payment and my credit is being impacted by your incompetence. i am receiving collections calls and notices. and of course, my last email to both steve and justin this week asking for an update was not answered...again. first the excuse was "funding" was delayed, then the excuse was the ach to my bank did not go thru "for some strange reason", now the excuse is that "fedex took 3 days to deliver an overnight package" with the paper check payment to my bank. no one has proactively tracked my issue thru to resolution or followed up without my prompting. i am having to check my account every day and then either call or email to have someone say that it is someone else's fault. some ownership and follow thru would be appreciated, but 4 weeks into this customer service nightmare i am still having to follow up multiple times with no resolution. i would like some additional compensation for my time, effort, struggle, stress, and credit impact. the offer of the small token i received from steve (with multiple strings attached) is not sufficient for the amount of effort and frustration your people and process have caused. another option would have been to encourage me to make my next due payment to maintain my stellar credit history, but was assured that "we handle hundreds of transactions and we do this all the time". a little less arrogance and a little more customer service would go a long way. as i am typing this caityn called to tell me that she spoke to my bank and they cashed the check this morning 7.27 and my account is now fully paid off, although i won't see it on my account portal for 3-5 days. while the fedex was not proactively tracked, or even tracked when i emailed earlier this week asking for a status update, when i spoke to caitlyn today, she jumped right into action and got me some information. it was also very tricky of your team to request my 5 star review immediately after the sale completed and before your poor customer service showed itself. by design i am sure

My experience of the visit on the day was excellent.
My experience of the visit on the day was excellent. On Saturday I called for an appointment to have my id.4 get the 10000 mile checkup. I was told I didn't need an appointment and just show up on Monday. When I when I showed up on Monday I was told I should have made an appointment. As a result of no appointment I had to wait longer than I should have. Thanks for fitting me in with out an appointment. As a result of the appointment problem I give the rating of 4 not 5.
