A GREAT, CONVENIENT, PLACE TO HAVE MY BLUE 2018 VW CONVERTIBLE WITH 108,000 MILES ON THE ODOMETER SERVICED. The employees I worked with in the service department were very friendly, and the area where customers wait for their vehicle to be services is outstanding, with five comfortable armchairs on a light blue carpet. A large color TV is there, and customers can change channels if they wish. Four electrical outlets allow for charging a cell phone or playing a radio to help the time pass pleasantly. Browsing among new vehicles for sale in the Sales Department about 100' from the Waiting Area also helps pass the time. Free snacks and coffee or hot tea are also available.

Great customer service helped me out finding the problem
Great customer service helped me out finding the problem and fixing it for me helped me out gather what needed to be done and proceed felt like they cared about me and wanted to help me instead of other places I've been to where they blew me off or wanted to charge for work not needed to be done well go back to get my car done there again.

Edit on September 20th, 2022: Because I complained
Edit on September 20th, 2022: Because I complained about their service, O'meara decided to back out of the agreement after I signed and overnighted the paperwork and a $17k cashier check. They're not answering emails, texts or phone calls. I got VW of America involved and they're not even answering to VW of A at the moment. Don't know if or when I will get my money back. *** original review on September 14th: They were going to overnight my paperwork a week ago. Still haven’t received it. I wonder if I will ever get my car. I put down a deposit on the car I wanted months ago. The car hit the lot on Wednesday September 7th, today Wednesday September 14th I still have not received any paperwork. The dealer seems to struggle to overnight me paperwork so they can release the car and I can get it shipped to my home. I talked to management at Omeara, and they apologized, but that’s basically it. Customer care at this point is 0. No one picks up the phone. My sales guy replies to texts sporadically but can’t seem to get the paperwork mailed to me either. Don’t know what is going on at this dealership, but it isn’t good. Very disappointed in Omeara at the moment.

Thanks for the generic response. I have emailed management, tried to call management for over a week and no one is responding. To me it’s clear that “a positive experience” is not your top priority.

I hope not to return. Diagnostic should be dedicated from over price charges. For a $311 item, I was barged including,diagnostic,labor, $899. Which replacement of part didn't take a rocket science to do, just someone mechanically inclined. Then they make my appointment for 730am, does t say they don't open until 730am, so don't come early. Which I did and knocked on window and was ignored. Plus kept my car all day. Why make an appointment? I have told everyone I know about my experience and all say they do t use dealerships for repair.

I'm sorry you got the whole storh story in my initial response, of I feel I was over charged and kept waiting all day for both days after making appointments for specific time. So the only thing that would satisfy me or bring me back would be to refund some of the $899 I paid. So you can forward my initial response to whom ever, but I'm telling you not a thing else is going to make me happy. Sorry for the misspelled words in initial response, I didnt see them. Justin was great. Very professional and went above and beyond to help me. The process to have a manager sign off on this is awful. I waited a couple hours and I was paying cash Justin finally pushed things through
