If I could give a negative, I would. Do not deal with this company. I have had nothing but problems with them from day one. Very unprofessional and undertrained staff. I tried purchasing a vehicle from them for 2 days they don't return calls, they also ran our credit, and they sold the vehicle we were trying to purchase. You lie to a client, run their credit, knowing it's a hit for the bureau, and you sell the car they're purchasing. Justin Seaver was the salesman. I even talked with management, who also hid the fact they sold the vehicle. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Thanks for the 6-point hit and no vehicle.

I had the best car buying experience ever! Jacob was amazing from the time I called and spoke to him on the phone and met him in person. He found the perfect car for me! The finance department got the loan done quickly and was very straightforward and kind. In conclusion, Everyone was friendly, had my best interest in mind, and was very professional. I literally was in and out. Easy peezy!

I researched a VW Tiguan on TrueCar, which gave me a $1.7k discount off of MSRP at O'Meara. I decided to shop around at other dealerships in the area, and Larry H. Miller VW was able to match the price I received from TrueCar. I then called O'Meara, and when I spoke with Brittanie Kim about it, she told me that her boss would not discount their car that much, even though I had the TrueCar discount code for their specific dealership. I told Brittanie that Larry H. Miller was willing to price match, and she rudely told me to "buy it from them, then". Normally, I wouldn't care, but I would expect sales reps to at least explain why they can't give me the price I was shown and not just brush me off. The one star review is for Brittanie Kim in particular, not because they wouldn't give me the price, but because they brushed me off. Either way, I took Brittanie's advice and now Larry H. Miller of Lakewood, CO has my business.

This dealership is horrible. The "Final Price" posted on their website is not the final price. Be sure and read all the fine print and details. It is for a lease. Not sure why anyone would pay their final price of 32K on a 34K automobile and not even own it. This place is dishonest and employees are rude.

My 2021 Atlas’s GPS wasn’t working and O’Meara Volkswagen was able to return the GPS to working. I’m happy with the service at this dealership.

On 4/13/21, I visited O'Meara Volkswagen at 6:00 p.m. and was offered a vehicle with VIN JM3KFBDY3K0540360 for $27,799, in accordance with an internet advertisement. I explained to the manager, Seth Kamber, that I wanted to bring my wife to see the vehicle the next morning. The following morning at 9:00 a.m. I was informed that the price I had been offered was a mistake, and the vehicle was now listed at $29,500. The dealership would not honor their price from the evening prior.
