This is my third vehicle

I have bought 3 vehicle now from Stephen Wade 2 Toyota Tundra's and now a Jeep Wrangler. Bough dealers ships treaded me well. No high pressure from heather from Jeep or Toyota. I had a 2013 wrangler that I traded in. I get good service from both when I take them in for service. They make sure I am happy before I leave. Don Griffiths

By far the best customer service in town.

Stephen Wade Dodge has some of the best customer service reps in town. We generally deal with Jason Pipenhagen who is incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. We definitely recommend Stephen Wade for any and all vehicle needs.

Vary friendly

Great experience, staff was vary friendly, worked quick and had us out in no time. One of the associates went and got my daughters snacks. They went out of their way to make it a great experience!

Service

Staff always courteous and pleasant. They explain everything about your vehicle then you make the decision as to what you want to do - np pressure.

Repair wheel guard on grand cherokee

Easy to set up an appointment and repaired was done when they said. Garrett was very easy to work with he text when I could pick it up.

Service experience

I took my truck into get serviced for the first time I was totally impressed with professionalism and the speed with which everything was done. There was not a long waiting time and everybody was friendly and courteous as well I would definitely recommend you to other people as well

My New Jeep Cherokee

I turned in a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2018. The deal seemed acceptable to me and the trade in was very good. Jason in Service as well as the Service manager treated me very well in the time I had the car, but I just lost confidence in it even after all the work they did to make the car right. The new car fixes all my concerns.

Service Department Representative Outstanding

I’ve been buying cars/trucks from Steven Wade Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram for 10+ years! I’ve always been treated with fairness and as a valuable customer!! Service department representative Garrett Thayer is the best at what he does always makes sure I’m 100% satisfied with everything I’m there having done! Kind and friendly!!

Great regular service appointment

Called first to ask for a good arrival time. Arrived at 2pm and no waiting to start. Waiting room is VERY comfortable with free coffee, TV, newspapers and popular magazines. Service was quick and friendly.

Jeep Purchase

These guys worked extremely hard to find the vehicle I wanted. End result was the went above and beyond to please me and believe me I made it difficult for them. All I can say is they were fantastic.
