Luke was extremely pleasant to work with and he made my purchase so easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I went back with questions about getting my messages on my car radio and he took the time to figure it out with me.

Excellent experience
I've recently purchased a 2017 F-150 from Uxbridge Auto, and despite living a little over an hour away, it was definitely worth the time and distance. The managers were very reasonable and patient, compared to other local dealers I've talked with. I would recommend Uxbridge Auto to anyone who's looking for a used/pre-owned vehicle.

Joe thanks for coming all the way up here to find your new F150. I am excited we had something that suit your needs. It was great doing business with you Joe. Side note, your Bronco has gone to someone that will bring it back to its former glory.

"Pooch" well, what can we say that hasn't been already. You are awesome and we can't say how much we appreciate your continued business. We will have more vans for you when you're ready.
Least stressful car-buying experience ever
I'll keep this short. I hate buying new cars -- it's always a nightmare and takes forever. This experience, though, was great. My wife and I showed up and was greeted by our sales rep who handed us the keys and said "See you when you get back!". No drive-along with the sales guy so I felt we could really review the car without having to deal with small talk and nonsense. We got back, said we wanted to buy it and the sales guy granted us our two requests --- money off for a broken center console bracket-thing and new tires. He wrote it up, called the insurance company for us and then we finalized the purchase with the finance guy. Both were super nice and I felt it was the easiest, least stressful experience I've ever had buying a car. The formal dealerships are always shark-tanks and this was the complete opposite.

Matt thanks for your business and the kind words. We do try to make the purchase process simple and stress free. We pride ourselves on our reputation, and without your positive experience and great review, we would not be able to continue building our reputation. Thank you again!
Great Cutomer Service
I have purchased 4 cars over a 4 year period . These cars were for my wife , my children and myself. We bought 4 chevys with low mileage and we all love our cars. Josh and Luke are the best customer service people I have ever dealt with. Uxbridge Auto is the best car buying experience I have ever had . And I have been driving for over 44 years.

Don't trust people just because they're nice!
After this experience I can see why most people leave good reviews and don't see why this dealership is just as scummy as all the rest. I was initially interested in a car being sold at this dealership and called to see if it was still available... I spoke with Josh and asked him general questions about if the vehicle had had major repairs or any collisions and was told no on both accounts. I made a plan to drive an hour to see it and let him know a week before, in the morning of the day I was going, as well as an hour before I would get there so that he would be available to show me the car. I get to the dealership and he is busy with another customer but sets up the vehicle so we can take it for a test drive. I ask him to pop the hood open before the test drive and immediately notice overspray under the hood and on the frame that shows that paint work was done at some point. So there's my first problem... I specifically asked about significant repairs beforehand and was told there hadn't been any. So I just wasted over two hours there and back going to see a car that I wasn't going to get because the dealer wasn't honest and probably thought I wouldn't notice. I decide to take it for a test drive because I already drove all the way there so why not. After the test drive, I look over the outside of the car and see the hood closed at different heights on each side, indicating that the frame was twisted. I then let Josh know that I am not interested in the vehicle because it has had major repairs and I am looking for a clean car and leave. As soon as I get back home I notice a voicemail had been left from Josh saying that he's sorry he couldn't pay more attention to us because he was busy with someone else, even though I let him know when I would be there multiple times. He also says the hood just hadn't been closed properly (after having taken it out for a test drive? Doesn't make sense...) He also said to go look at another similar car to compare under the hood and then to go back to his dealership when there's more time to talk. Pretty much trying to cover for himself since he probably knew I wasn't coming back. I didn't respond because I already told him I wasn't interested and thought that was the end of it. But no, five days later josh sends me a text asking if I got a chance to look at another car to compare to his. I never responded to the voicemail, what makes him think I was going to do what he said to? I don't respond because I'm already annoyed he keeps contacting me, then two hours later he sends "Did you not like the car?" Are you serious? I told you in person to your face that I am not interested and this aggressive tactic of harassing someone to try to get them to buy your car SURPRISINGLY doesn't work. I tell him to stop messaging me and to delete my number and he keeps texting trying to save face. I don't know why people think it's okay to lie repetitively, when people are spending thousands of dollars on a purchase of a car. Buy a used car from an individual seller, take a car you're interested in to get checked by a trusted mechanic, or at the very least go to your local mechanic and ask them to show you what to look out for when buying a used car. It is very sad that so many people get tricked this way and end up being sold a bad car and are stuck with it because warranties don't actually mean anything. It doesn't matter how nice someone is, they are just as scummy as the rest.

To begin, please excuse my approach here as I am having a lot of difficulty with this one. Time and knowledge is what hurt this experience. To begin, I did not give Thalia any misinformation at all. I did not hide any information. We buy and sell a lot of vehicles. We do sell some vehicles that have been involved in fender benders. The vehicles that have experienced such things, we will make that clearly known to our customers. This Jeep has not had any at all. Any one of us here at Uxbridge Auto can pick out a panel on a vehicle that has been painted or worked on without even opening a door or popping a hood. Moving on, As Thalia states, I was unexpectedly very busy on a late Saturday afternoon. It's my job to make sure all customers that need assistance get it. Thalia came in as planned but I also had an unexpected guest arrive before she arrived. This can happen. The 2015 Jeep Renegade Sport that she looked at has zero history of any accidents or paint work of any sort on both Autocheck and Carfax. Beyond that, there was zero prior damage repair or paint work disclosed when we bought this vehicle from Ally Financial at the auction. I will also try to attach copies of the history reports for this specific vehicle along with pictures of what this individual has noticed on this Jeep. To me, the overspray on the inside of the fenders looks to be factory. I don't have another Jeep Renegade here to compare it to even if Thalia gave me time to do so. When Thalia and her friend got out of the vehicle, they noticed the hood alignment looking incorrect (which it was incorrect-you will see why) and then proceeded to walk over to myself and my other client to let me know they were "going to continue looking for a vehicle that didn't have accident history." That was sort of uncomfortable, but I can understand their approach based on what they assumed of this vehicle. When I opened the hood for them initially, I allowed them to take their time to look around under the hood as I would anyone else. They closed the hood on their own and did not close it correctly. For those of you that know Jeep Renegades, you know that there are two hood latches on Renegade hoods, one on each side of the hood. If the hood was closed correctly where both latches were engaged, the hood would have sat correctly in place as it should. When I was finished with my other client I simply walked by the Jeep and pressed down on the driver's side of the hood to close the hood as it should. At that point, the hood was fully secured in place as designed. Unfortunately as I was busy with another client at the same time and Thalia immediately left after approaching me with my other client, I didn't get the opportunity to show supporting paperwork, data, or history associated with this Jeep in effort to clear up Thalia and her friend's assumptions. Calling a potential customer back, or follow up, is also part of my job and is part of any salesperson's job. In this specific situation, I truly believed there was more research to complete with this consumer in order to clarify concerns and to further provide some facts. I do not have another Renegade here to compare to which is why I thought it would be beneficial to all involved parties to see another Renegade. Having never gotten any feedback at all from Thalia, I couldn't help but want to provide her with some data in effort to see what further feedback I could get from her as I hoped she comparison shopped. To respond to the "okay to lie repetitively".....well I am not sure how that can be. Did I lie? Where were the lies? I was raised better than that. I have never, nor will I ever mislead a customer who was driving over an hour to us. Did I really use "aggressive tactics of harassing"? A voicemail and six text messages. Not sure that is aggressive. I will try to attach history reports, pictures of the engine bay and inside fenders, the hood properly and improperly closed, and the hood latches in order as proof.
Chevy Equinox 2015
I recently purchased a 2015 chevy equinox from Uxbridge Auto INC and I must say they were amazing from beginning to end. When I was looking for a chevy pre owned , they had one available that offered everything I wanted. Other dealers local to me in Woburn has vehicles similar and comparable in price but weren't willing to get me where I needed to be when it came down to the numbers. Uxbridge auto was my second stop within my car search. We worked out the numbers and Josh asked me where I needed to be and I told him. With my vehicle as a trade in having negative equity, they were able to get me driving in this new vehicle with low miles! I am so greatful for Uxbridge auto and their team. If you are looking for a new vehicle, give them a shot, they wont let you down!

Easy Purchase
After searching for a car online and visiting a few dealerships for test drives, I started the buying process with Uxbride because they had the lowest mileage car I was interested in and went no further. My purchase was uncomplicated with no trade-in or financing. I dealt with Luke (sales) and Steve (general manager) who were both awesome. Luke is a no-pressure type of guy who lets you lead the way. They let me take the car overnight to get checked out by my mechanic and then were willing to negotiate over the phone, which many dealers will not do. They took care of a some items that needed attention for the price we agreed upon. And, no hour long visit with the finance person even when you're not financing. Two days later I took delivery. It's been two weeks and no nasty surprises. I have bought many cars from many dealers , new and used. This was among the easiest, most pleasant, pressure-free purchases I've made. Even though they were not as close as other dealers, it was worth the trip.
