You would expect a little bit more of Shark Tank feeling when entering a dealership, it's very reassuring to know I will always get a warm welcome from the skinny guy sitting at the front desk, He's kind of like a walmart greeter, trust me, you'll know who Im talking about. everytime my Mazda has been serviced I have never been tossed around or overcharged with weird fees for things that don't need to even be repaired, and when I tell them my brakes are squeaking they actually fix my brakes and not try to tell me I need a water pump and timing belt!! Sounds familiar right? Jessica and Dave have truly earned my business. it really is a breath of fresh air to know my Alan Webb Mazda isnt the "typical" dealership you expect.

I live really close to Alan Webb Mazda, and once I brought my car in for service, they quickly found some time to squeeze a simple oil change into their busy day. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was part of the family. Not only was I greeted and taken care of by the service advisors, but the salesmen as well.
