I was looking for a car for my son to drive to college. My top choice was a Mazda cx5 at Alan Webb. I called to set an appointment and Roxanne answered and met my son and I a few hours later. She was excited for him and had everything ready for our test drive when we arrived. Roxanne was friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. The only thing I didnt like was that the fuel light came on 10 miles from leaving the dealership and after writing a big check for a car I then had to fill the gas tank to make it home. I would definitely buy from her again the next time I'm looking for a car, all around great experience

This is a warning to anyone thinking about buying a car from Alan Webb Mazda. They are dishonest and do not stand behind their product. I was so disappointed. Their previous manager Omar swindled us and when I cane back to them awhile later for faulty issues with the car, their new manager sales manager Doug was equally misleading. Buy from someone else.

We were just looking at cars. The sales Rep came out and started talking to us and by the end of the morning we had a newer than ours. The sales rep was a very nice individual are curious to us. She seemed to know her stuff. If she did not she went and found a co-worker who know the answer.
