Rob Cramer was great! One of the best for sure. Give him a raise. He went above and beyond! We were there nearly 4 hrs. (Which is fine for us), but our 3 year-old daughter is "busy". He had crayons and paper for her, lollipops and even a super cool candy necklace. He was patient, calm, compose and authentic. He made us feel at home! I will refer my friends and family to your dealership because of Rob. I know my family will be safe in our vehicle, an I could tell Rob wanted to make sure we knew that before purchasing it.

I received excellent service from David! My uncle and I were buying my first car so I had a lot of questions and apprehension. David took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Despite the excellent service I do feel that he initially was pushing me towards one car more than the other car I test drove before I had made my own decision. This may or may not be true. However, he took the time to explain all the features of the car. When we sat down to talk more about the car that we ended up buying he told us that we needed to make a decision quickly as other people were wanting to buy the car. My uncle and I were put off by this because it seemed like a sales tactic. However, David's manager assured us that this was something that happened all the time since they are apart of 5 dealerships. When it came time to discuss the final price David seized the moment to try and teach me about making a counter offer, what a good offer would be, and the things I could say. I felt comfortable going for test drives with him and asking questions. The finance lady was great as well, I appreciated that she took the time to explain all the documents and answer questions. Several days after buying the car David called me to see how I liked my car and if I had any questions. I really appreciate that he took the time to check in. I would highly recommend David Hayes to anyone! He was personable and honest. And as a bonus, VW of Puyallup gives you a year of free services (3 oil changes, car wash, and tire rotation)!

In 1963 I owed my first VW Beetle. We had a sunroof and like so many Californians you would usually see a couple surf boards sticking out the top and a Mamma Pappas tape playing. My wife and I have often mentioned to car and the memories. We are now ready to start creating new adventures in our new VW convertible. Our experience at VW of Puyallup has been awesome. Ed was the best. Found our dream car in Boise and is having it shipped. We have been treated great, honestly, and made to feel included in the process. We where shopping for a car for my youngest girls " we went to so e dealers around " we found a nice car at Volkswagen Coby Harris and Laura Johnson helpt us out " I have to say they treated us like we where family very professional very patience and they made the whole thing a very good deal ! Our salesman was Edward Slou our experience was great. He did not pressure us and gave us what we wanted for our trade in. My brand new CC VW was cleaned and filled with gas when we went to pick it up. Edward took his time and showed me how everything worked in the car. Great guy thanks!

I recently purchased a new car through Volkswagen of Puyallup. Initially I contacted them through the internet. Both Mike, the internet sales manager, and Says, the General Sales Manager were both quick to respond and very fair in their negotiating style. I finalized the deal with Says and Tom. Tom was fantastic to work with. He was very honest and caring in how he dealt with my wife and I through the entire process. I can honestly say that I would go back and purchase a car through VW of Puyallup! I highly recommend them!
