Great Experience with first VW purchase

In the past, I have utilized Harnish GMC's service department for the maintenance/repair of my Pontiac Grand Prix. They have provided good service on those occasions. I would walk around their lots as I waited. For several years I considered buying a commuter vehicle being that I live in Fife and work in Seattle. The type of vehicle that always came to mind was a Volkswagon with a TDI engine because of the unbelievable mpg. Sorry Toyota I want a car that has a little zip when I press the gas and there aren't thousands of them hogging the roads. I was pleased to discover that the Harnish Auto Family opened a Volkswagon dealership close to where I live. This Sunday I dropped by the dealership and worked with David Hayes. We discussed what I was interested in and looked at a few available options. David was very personable and easy to work with. He was instrumental in finding a car that fit my criteria and represented great value for the cost. Based on his service, I would visit him again when I look to purchase another vehicle.

Lease 2014 Jettta

Went in unsure what to look at. David Hayes helped to find a fit. After walking around the lot looking at various models, we went inside to discuss options and go more in depth with the inventory. Worked out a plan after going over a pros and cons balance sheet. Was very straightforward and quick to assist the process. Offered a car that wasn't the color I preferred, but sweetened the deal by throwing in a tint job. After deciding to lease the car, David worked on connecting the final parts of financing and insurance and made it an effort to make things go without any issues. If you want a Volkswagen, go head over to this dealership.

Great service

At the VW of Puyallup, I had a great first experience with purchasing my 2014 Tiguan. Cody Harris, my salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me multiple options and allowed me to take my time and decide which model I liked best. The process was worry free and I was able to make a decision without pressure. I am very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. I will be purchasing my next Volkswagen at VW of Puyallup.

Great Service, great purchase

I went to Puyallup VW to get my VW serviced after experiencing a series of frustrations with Auburn VW. They were very accommodating and prompt with updates on my vehicle. This service ended up turning into a trade in for a new VW. We worked with Corey primarily - he's a helpful tolerant guy that put up with my terrible jokes and criticism. They were able to locate the perfect car for us, a fair interest rate, and gave us a fair trade in value for our vehicle in service. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from the Harnish group and we wouldn't have any hesitation recommending any of their dealerships to our friends and family.

Very comfortable buying experience.

Wonderful buying experience. Dealership was very clean, and bright. Our Sales Consultant, David Hayes, was not a pressure sales person. He asked what we were looking for, and offered suggestions. Showed us different models, with different options for those models. After picking a model, with the options that worked for us, he was very helpful by informing us of our financing options. Listened to what we had to say, and never did it feel like he was trying to play the numbers game. We asked for many breakdowns in price for the model we liked, and David broke it down simply for the vehicle based on the options we liked. The Sales Manager, and the Finance Officer were also very plesent. Never once did my wife and I feel that we were just a number, or just a customer. This was by the far the best New Car buying experience my wife or I have ever had.

2012 VW Beetle

My experience with Ed Sciou was A+. He made my purchase of my "new" Beetle very easy. And Laura in the Finance Department was wonderful also - able to get me an even better deal than anticipated!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a car. Ed was very knowledgeable and I was made to feel very comfortable with my purchase. I drove away VERY happy.

2011 BMW

We had a 5 star experience purchasing our vehicle here recently. It all started taking one of our vehicles in for an oil change. My husband told Salesman David Hayes that we were looking for another vehicle for his wife to drive. David showed him a vehicle and that night we went down as a family and brought our "baby" home. It was a very easy, no-hassle experience. we never felt like we were being pushed to do anything or sign anything we didn't want to sign. Each of the staff were very friendly and we felt like we were part of the family there. thank you for a wonderful experience in purchasing a vehicle.

Great experience...

We were looking for an extra car that our daughter would be able to drive... we came in looking for a used Jetta and left satisfied having bought a Honda Accord. Our sales person Alan Zoutes was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him without hesitation. The interesting part of this purchase was we had come in looking for a Jetta... we had found one online that we were interested only to find when we arrived that it had been down-checked for a bad transmission. There were two others that were in inventory but they were not going to be sold on the lot either. I have bought a lot of cars over my 60-years and this is probably the first time that I dealt with a dealer who gave an insight to this part of their operation. I would recommend Alan and Volkswagen of Puyallup to anyone who was looking to buy a new VW or a used car.

First Time Auto Buyer

I'd been looking for a used car for quite a while when I came across a Honda Fit at the VW of Puyallup and it was priced so well, I decided to drive the hour and a half down to the dealership after work one night. Although I arrived near their closing time, my sales rep, Tom, and the other staff were all very friendly and helpful. I test drove the car and loved it so much I decided to go ahead with the purchase that night. This was my first time buying a car but the finance rep, (another) Tom, walked me through everything and explained every step quite clearly. I've had the Fit for a month now and I'm still super happy with it, VW of Puyallup sold it to me at a wonderful price and they've made sure to follow up with me over the last few weeks. I had one minor issue which I called the dealership about and their GM, Says, was up front and helpful and they ended up covering the cost to fix the issue. Overall I'd recommend VW of Puyallup; they deserve their motto of "a Worry-free experience." It was a low pressure, honest, and friendly experience and I couldn't be happier with my new Honda!
