I purchased a 2007 Nissan Titan from Prime Autos. It was my 26th lifetime vehicle purchase - 15 new and 11 used over the past 30 years. I honestly can NEVER recall having a better buying experience than I did with Julian and Charlie at Prime Autos! Julian is brutally honest about his vehicles, more trustworthy than any used vehicle dealership I have ever dealt with. We took a comprehensive look at the Titan and Julian explained everything that had been done to get the vehicle ready after he brought it into the dealership. I am usually unwillingly to trade vehicles, but Julian offered me an excellent deal on my trade. He knew I had researched the value of my vehicle in-depth so no haggling was involved in the negotiation. Although Julian started the paperwork, Charlie jumped in to make quick and efficient work of everything. I cannot think of another vehicle transaction that I have completed in 30+ years that went so smoothly! Thanks so much Julian and Charlie! I will definitely be back the next time I am in the market for a used vehicle!

I would buy another car from Julian in a heartbeat. He is honest and fair and makes the whole buying process painless. He has a very nice selection of cars to choose from and he stands behind them 100%. All his cars come with a Maryland inspection (included in the price). And if you've ever had to deal with the Maryland vehicle inspection process you know what a hassle it is and having it done for you is a bonus. I had an issue and though it wasn't a warrantied item, it was a safety item and Julian stepped up and paid for repair even though he didn't have to. If you want a clean, dependable car or truck, Julian is the guy to go see.

To say buying a car is a scary and challenging experience is an understatement. But buying a used car for a 16 yr old was more difficult than the average car purchase. After months of searching, and lots of bad experiences, my father found Prime Autos and a perfect car for our daughter. The overall experience was great. Felt like we got a good deal and that the car was in good shape. Julian and Charlie were incredibly accommodating, helpful and got us in and out very efficiently. It's a scary thing, buying a used car. You really are at the mercy of the dealer when it comes to the quality and the history of the car and the honesty of the dealer. When we discovery Prime Autos several years ago, we were not only thrilled with the car....but talking, and working with Julian and Charlie was such a wonderful, easy experience.And not only that....when we would talk to other people in Hagerstown about where we got our car, they always had high praise for Julian and Charlie. Well, we just purchased our 5th car from them, and have vowed that we will never but a used car from anyone else.
