Nothing but positive things to say about Julian and his business! As a young female purchasing a car by myself, I did not feel pressured or like I was being talked into a purchase as I had at other larger dealerships. Julian was honest about all aspects of the vehicle and I felt comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process.

This is the second car I have bought from Prime Autos of Hagerstown. I bought a 2008 Mini Cooper S about four years ago (what a fun car to drive!), and now a 2003 Honda Accord. Julian and Charlie are so easy to deal with and you know that you are going to get the best price. I was looking at used Hondas at the big dealers and I could have paid twice as much, or gotten a vehicle with twice the number of miles, but the Honda Accord I bought from Prime Autos of Hagerstown was in great shape, with not too many miles. It was just what I was looking for: GREAT VALUE at a GREAT PRICE! You really can't go wrong with Prime Autos since Julian and Charlie go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I have recommended Prime Autos to many of my friends and will go back again when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle.

I'm pleased to do a review for Julian and "Charlie" of Prime Autos in Hagerstown, Maryland. Our experience was much better than I had anticipated it would be. We purchased a 2006 VW Touareg about 2 months ago and have been very pleased with our choice. We felt comfortable with Julian and Charlie from the beginning. Both are very personable and put someone at ease quickly! We would definitely purchase another vehicle from them and recommend them to anyone!

Was helping my 80 year old mother purchase a car. Juilan was very helpful and willingly explain all the features in the car to my Mom. He listen to what she was looking for in a car. He made several suggestion to her. He did not try to sway her to a different type of vehicle or spend more on a car than she was comfortable spending. She is very happy with her car and has already taken a couple of trips with her sisters.

Not something he normally sells apparently, but he thought the car ran well. I found the 300 at cars.com and the price was right. Julian's knowledgable and I agreed with him on the way the 300 ran. Smooth. Our transaction was smooth too, and everything was in order. Thank you Julian for finding this sweet car so I could buy her :)

I feel so sorry to delay the review. I bought this nice car about two weeks ago. The dealer named Julian is very nice and kind. He has his patience to show me the car and introduce all the features of this car. He was honest and kind to talk about this car. I have ran this car about two weeks and there are no problems about it. Anyway, thanks for the dealer and his patience. I really love this car so much.

Julian and Charlie are such a great team! The were honest about the car and relaxing to be around. My husband and I had such a great experience. We didn't feel lied to and tricked like most dealerships we've been to. Plus they were excellent with our kids which deserves huge bonus points!

This family owned business goes the extra mile! The owner returned my call on his day off and stayed late to meet me because I was coming from out of town. Very pleasant to deal with and very honest... Which is hard to find these days. I would definitely come back to this dealership. Don't be fooled because this is a small privately owned business... They are way better than any franchise dealer that just wants to push any old car on you. They have low overhead which equates to low prices and smart deals. Julian is a pro and he knows what he's doing. His wife Charlie is also very pleasant and helpful. If they don't answer the phone, they are probably selling another car! Don't worry, they will call you right back. This is just one great place to buy a car. I mean it... I have bought a lot of cars over the years and these guys are the best!
