Called and inquired about a 2015 Wrx they had in stock. They answered and told me they had in stock and went there to check and look at car. When getting there they had the car washed and easily accessible to test drive. Negation and working on a deal on vehicle was great and they were very easy to work with and helped in every way to make a deal for both sides. They cleaned the car nicely and made the shopping experience way easier compared to other places. Brad and everyone on staff was great to work with and will definitely go back for future purchases.

Bought a Mercedes from them. There wasn't an extra key, even though I was told there was during initial negotiation. Still purchased the vehicle. Received a call about a month later that the previous owner had returned the spare key. Was told that it would be sent to me via certified mail. Waited about two weeks and did not receive the key. Called the dealership and Zachary told me that it may have been sent out and would check. Waited another week or so and hadnt received the key or heard back. Called Zachary again, and he told me that he would check. Waited ANOTHER week, and still no response. Called AGAIN, and Zachary sounded agitated that I was calling, like I was inconveniencing him. Same response from him, and no return phone call. Now when I call, someone takes a message for him, and no one has returned my call with an update. It's been 5 weeks since the initial contact and no key, no contact. After good initial vibe purchasing from them, won't be purchasing from them this when my girlfriend starts her car shopping.

Bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. These cars are everywhere, but this place made it simple, and it only took me 15 minutes to sign the papers and be done. They have most their inventory on their website, worked with Michael over the phone and via text and email, and within two days was in there, test drove, and bought. They had all the papers printed off before I even got there. You can tell they focus on high quality pre-owned vehicles with low miles, one owner, clean histories, etc. No need to buy from a normal factory dealer just to make yourself feel warm and fuzzy, go here and get yourself a great car.

I drove from Kansas City to get the car I wanted. It wasn't a hard to find model. It was an '08 Mustang GT with 4600 miles. It was just as they said it was. They gave me just what they said they would for my trade. No tricks, no games just honest guys making a deal. This was as easy a deal that I have ever made. I would make the drive again.....for the right car.

.A vehicle my son was interested in was posted on Thursday . I contacted st Charles motor cars and spoke to Zak, I arranged to come see the car first thing Friday morn, zak was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and as helpful as I tried to broker the deal over the phone with my son who was stuck working, Zak understood the situation and excepted a deposit to hold the car until my son could get there , Zak was helpful with finiacing and also agreed to look over some minor incidentals on the car, hopefully that will be done today.,so far so good , nice choice of clean vehicles and nice guys
