A Bitter Sweet Moment! Trading in my 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Limited (Fresh and Clean) for a 2009 Subaru Forester XT Limited. As soon as i walked into the building i was greeted by Annette. She immediately took me outside and the vehicle was waiting up front. She allowed me time to visually inspect the vehicle before taking it out. During the drive, she was friendly and offered some great information about the vehicle and their business. Once i returned back inside, this is usually the difficult process of buying a car and the lame 4 squares but she made it really simple and started with an offer that was fair and within 30 minutes we agreed on a great deal! This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. Bill Bucheleres helped me find the exact car I wanted. The whole process took less than 2 hours. There were a couple very minor mechanical issues with the car and Bill went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. No other used car dealer would have done this!
