We called about a hard-to-find car and spoke with Charlie Sellers. He went out to the lot to make sure it was still available and texted a picture to me. I told him we were on our way and he got the car prepped and detailed for us. Terrible traffic on the bridge delayed our arrival, and we got there literally one minute before the dealership was slated to close. Charlie and team were very gracious and stayed two hours past closing to do all the paperwork so we could drive away in our new GTI. There were no bogus negotiating tactics, everything was fair and straightforward--purchase, trade, and financing. To top it off, Charlie and the team were friendly and personable.

Heath was super responsive and made my buying experience quick and easy. It was a great experience and I never felt like I was be "sold." I'd recommendation Heath to all my friends as there wasn't a lot of unnecessary back and forth.
