Its been a few months since I upgraded my VW Tiguan to a Toureg and I am still as happy as can be! Used car director Mike K. is wonderful! I am from out of state and called him to explain my situation and that I needed to sell my sister's car in Seattle. The car had been serviced at University Audi VW for many years and was in great condition but did not start because it had been unused for over a year. Mike came to my sister's house and jumped the car and drove it to the dealership. He went with me to the department of licensing to get help with the transfer paperwork and he gave me a very good price for the car. I do not think I have ever received such excellent customer service as I did at University Audi VW. With the difficult circumstances surrounding me having to sell the car, Mike went above and beyond making the sale very easy. I would recommend anyone buying or selling an Audi to go to him.
