Elite Motor Cars

This is my first visit to Elite Motor, I have searched a few cars on their website, great customer service during the purchase, great high end vehicles, fast documentation to finish the deal. Alex, the owner, is very nice, great chat with him. And sales rep Taylor really did a great job on introducing the car and help with the deal, and Melissa finished the documents super fast. Overall a very good experience.

The cars are very clean and absolutely beautiful examples of what you would look for in a used exotic car Owner is extremely helpful. The experience makes you feel very comfortable and after seeing many other dealers before choosing, It is clear that I was going to buy a car there. First class all the way.

Submitted my car into the Cars.com quick offer portal. Recieved offer, call / from Michael . Next day , Elite purchased my car. Did get a 200 dollar higher offer from a BIG dealer, however had to wait 3 days for a check. Not sure why. Everything including check was complete with Elite within 45min. Thank you

They welcome you in immediately and is nice and polite. The wait was not very long ,they were very efficient and straight to the point, especially the Salrs manager. They kept there promise on the Due bill as well ,two days after the Mechanical reach out to me and was willing to purchase the parts in my area due to my hectic schedule, I was also a mechanic so it was better for me to repair it myself.

Had a great experience with elite motors and Alex , Stopped by their office on Monday morning discussed my trade-in by Monday afternoon he had my trade I had purchased a Mercedes S550 extremely happy with the trans action and the vehicle I purchased couldn’t of went smoother I will definitely do more business with Alex in elite motors.

Purchased vehicle smelled of anti freeze when got it home took back to dealer they inspected said it was fine took it home and that evening while driving car stopped lights flashed. repairs totaled more than $ 2400

I contacted the dealer for a vehicle I found online. They were very prompt to get back to me and schedule me for a viewing/test drive the very next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Craig in the showroom. We got the vehicle, got it out of the showroom and into the natural light, took the think for a test drive and signed papers.
