Bought my DREAM CAR here 3 yrs ago and have had the best MZB I’ve ever owned. The buying process was MORE THAN SMOOTH, the inventory amazing! Masud really took care of us throughout the entire process! If I EVER want another car... THIS IS MY DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE FROM 5 STAR!!!!

Unprofessional, putting wrong spec as click bait
Unprofessional! This dealer put wrong specification on purpose, posting vehicles with automatic transmission as manual transmission, wasting buyer's time, and refusing to change to the right specifications. The worse is they post on various other sites this way too.

Very Unprofessional Work
Purchasing from out of state? I would absolutely warn anyone considering Elite. I’ve purchased many vehicles out of state from both dealers and private sellers, Eite has no idea what they are doing. My process with them was relatively smooth until inconsistencies started to arise from our financing agreement, to delivery, to sending me a text stating my vehicle was being scheduled for shipping even though I sent my flight itinerary in (on their request) and had confirmed multiple times when I would arrive. You’ve been warned, they are inexperienced micro flippers.

Jarrett, I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. We have done our best to accommodate your needs. Unfortunately, the specifics of the transaction are the root cause for your frustrations. The vehicle was to be financed by your father, who lives in another state, yet you wanted to take delivery of it in California, and then drive it to a third state where you reside. This poses three problems: the potential for a fraudulent transaction, the inability to register it in the state your father lives in (which is required by the bank granting the loan), and the risk of breaking DMV protocol when it comes to California Sales Tax. We worked diligently to offer any potential solutions, one of which would have been shipping the car to your father, however, it seems this was unacceptable to you. Amazing customer service
I don’t normally write reviews, but this business deserves some accolades. Phenomenal attention to detail, customer service, and amazing cars. Contacted Elite Motor Cars regarding a Mercedes AMG, and got a very quick response back from one of their salesman. No pressure or pushy typical sales BS. Made an appointment and was shocked by their inventory. Twice as many cars as I was expecting, and you could tell they really took pride in what they had to offer. Thanks for everything guys. Top notch. Will be back for another car soon!
