Helpful, efficient, nice facility
Good rapport - understood what we were looking for, and our knowledge in general about BMWs, and tailored the experience accordingly. Second, the overall atmosphere: anyone we came in contact with was friendly, cordial, and wanted to help.

Smooth experience
Prompt service. Jackie was very friendly. Facility for waiting was comfortable. I liked the online scheduling and that I could get an appointment so quickly.

I bought my car from Otto's but it was too far to go there for service. Jeff Martin has taken care of servicing it ever since. I get very prompt appointments and I greatly appreciate the fact that Horace comes to pick up my car and returns it to me when the work is done. This is an enormous help to me now that I am old (95) and don't have as much "get up and go" any more. Thank you for the coupon I received in January, 2020.

Good customer service, nice people
Computer was down so i had to wait a long time. Other than that no complaints. They offered coffee, water, snacks. Bathroom was clean and employees were very attentive and nice.

Great service, personal attention to what matters.
