Here’s a review you could post to reflect your experience with Porsche River Oaks: --- **Disappointed and Concerned After Service at Porsche River Oaks** I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Porsche River Oaks left me deeply unsettled. I brought my vehicle in for service, expecting the level of care and precision that should come standard when dealing with a luxury brand like Porsche. Instead, I nearly drove home with broken front plate bent out of shape and with pushed in sensors—something I only caught by chance after noticing the way it was working. It turns out someone had hit my car while it was in their care, and no one said a word. That silence alone is troubling. But what’s worse is the aftermath. They did attempt to fix the issue, and I appreciate the effort, but the sensor is still malfunctioning. It now goes off erratically, when before it was perfectly calibrated and accurate. For a car of this caliber, that kind of carelessness is unacceptable. It makes me wonder: are the employees overworked, unhappy, or is something else going on behind the scenes? I don’t want to speculate, but the lack of accountability and attention to detail is alarming. Trust is everything when you hand over a high-performance vehicle, and unfortunately, mine has been shaken. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call. Porsche River Oaks needs to take a hard look at their service standards and internal culture. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and above all, confidence that their vehicles are in good hands

Call to make a service appointment no longer offer pick up and return after telling me they did hearing all the damage that happens in service. I’m happy to know and will never take my Porsche here

Thank you for sharing your feedback. To clarify, we do still offer pick-up and drop-off services. For the protection of our clients’ Porsche vehicles, we use flatbed transport rather than valet driving. This method is widely preferred by Porsche owners to avoid unnecessary mileage or handling. In this case, we were going to look into making an exception to arrange valet service, but unfortunately the call ended before we could offer that option. Our priority is always the highest level of care for every Porsche we service.

Update!

Update! So I had my service advisor ring me after posting this review. He said we will give you an oil change and a couple of spark plugs at your next service to make it up to me! I was like well are you sending me an email with a letter of proof of this! He said “ ring me in a couple of weeks to remind me and make sure I organize it.” He then went on to explain to me when a survey comes out, please tick 9’s and 10’s however say anything you like about the dealership. So later that day I get a text to update my review. Well I didn’t fill obliged to do that! I then was attacked in several text messages between 7 and 9 PM from their general manager! He basically told me if I didn’t take down the review He would cancel the free oil change! So basically they tried to bribe me into giving them a better review! I wonder how many people they’ve done this to before! I’m guessing their rating should be more like a two out of five. You would think at least a manager would’ve rang with the news of a service being gifted! If your car isn’t under warranty anymore don’t take it here. They charge 30 % more to service your car and then charge you $50 for a credit card fee. It also takes 35 min for them to get your car ready when you arrive. Had way better service at Subaru with a car that was worth $100,000 less!

When visiting the service center, Chris has been excellent with providing thorough review of car. He ensured we had what we needed since our car would be in service a few days and checked in regularly to ensure we were still doing ok. If visiting service please ask for Chris

I was interested in purchasing a Porsche Cayman but the

I was interested in purchasing a Porsche Cayman but the sales person who called me was arrogant and rude and acted as if he was doing me a favor by selling me a Porsche. I ended up buying a Cayman S that weekend at another porsche dealership that new how to talk to customers.
