Porsche River Oaks

I have had to bring my Porsche in twice for its yearly service on both occasions the "loaner car" service was a 3 month wait. Do they only have one loaner car? Now I have to go to the expense of renting a car because they are unbelievably slow and extremely over priced. It's a joke....did not expect this from Porsche. My housekeeper drives a Kia and she takes her car in a never has has trouble getting a loaner car, the are quick and inexpensive. Makes you wonder.....just saying

Very satisfied with the purchase of my pre-owned car. While I was looking for a new car, this one came available at a good price, and I jumped on it.

I brought my Porsche Boxster in for a recall. It involved opening the front hood. The opener in the car didn't work, so I told the service manager there is a emergency wire under the front light. They told me it would be 1 service hour, $244.88. It took me less than a minute to open the trunk when I got home. They also recommended I get 4 new tires for $1,238. I had my car inspected this month and had to get 2 new tires to pass inspection. I went to Discount Tire and had 2 new rear tires installed. These tires have less than 100 miles on them. They said the tires had low tread. Clearly, that is a lie. This is a beautiful dealership, but they try to upsell you stuff that is brand new, such as my tires. Not very trust worthy. Brandon Diaz was my service advisor and he was a good person. He was just relaying what the mechanic's were telling him.

worst dealership experience had a specific appointment we were waiting for 45 minutes finally we walked out. the sales lady came after us and told us she was sorry but now would take care of us. back upstairs at her desk asked for us to wait another 15 minutes while she checked out the car we were interested in. came back and told us it was sold. realy?

The salesman was high pressure and anxious to close the deal. I expressed a few concerns about the car being a good fit for my situation but he insisted they would not be an issue. One did turn out to be a genuine problem when I brought the car home and now I am stuck with it.

Beautiful dealership. Everyone is nice and helpful. Love that everything was indoors to beat the houston heat!
