Update!
Update! So I had my service advisor ring me after posting this review. He said we will give you an oil change and a couple of spark plugs at your next service to make it up to me! I was like well are you sending me an email with a letter of proof of this! He said “ ring me in a couple of weeks to remind me and make sure I organize it.” He then went on to explain to me when a survey comes out, please tick 9’s and 10’s however say anything you like about the dealership. So later that day I get a text to update my review. Well I didn’t fill obliged to do that! I then was attacked in several text messages between 7 and 9 PM from their general manager! He basically told me if I didn’t take down the review He would cancel the free oil change! So basically they tried to bribe me into giving them a better review! I wonder how many people they’ve done this to before! I’m guessing their rating should be more like a two out of five. You would think at least a manager would’ve rang with the news of a service being gifted! If your car isn’t under warranty anymore don’t take it here. They charge 30 % more to service your car and then charge you $50 for a credit card fee. It also takes 35 min for them to get your car ready when you arrive. Had way better service at Subaru with a car that was worth $100,000 less!

I was interested in purchasing a Porsche Cayman but the
I was interested in purchasing a Porsche Cayman but the sales person who called me was arrogant and rude and acted as if he was doing me a favor by selling me a Porsche. I ended up buying a Cayman S that weekend at another porsche dealership that new how to talk to customers.

Worse service - nobody answers the phone and they
Worse service - nobody answers the phone and they scratched our Macan! And they could not even do a simple oil change, had to bring in the car to top off the oil again!

I've purchased a couple of vehicles from Porsche River Oaks over the last few years and the process has been very straightforward and a pleasant experience each time. I enjoyed working with Len Amato throughout the allocation and ordering process for my most recent 911 purchase and he has continued to be on top of things as it relates to post-purchase ownership follow-up/support. David Riddle in the service department has also done a fantastic job of attending to the maintenance/servicing needs for both vehicles and is someone I can count on to make sure things get taken care of properly and in a smooth manner.
