I had a severe oil leak from the engine block, enough

I had a severe oil leak from the engine block, enough that I didn't want my wife to drive her car anywhere, and I was going to buy the $13 gasket to fix it myself to get it running again that day. Parts and service both told me I could bring it in that day so it could be covered under warranty. I drove it there, described the problem and fix, and then was charged a diag fee and told it's not covered. I was quoted $550 to fix something I did in my driveway in 30 minutes. So I wasted 4 hours of my day and $200 for no reason when I could have fixed it myself for $13 in half the time. I think I would rather pay out of pocket than try to make another warranty claim unless the car needs a new engine, which Kias are known for.

Dennis helped us through the process of selling my owned

Dennis helped us through the process of selling my owned 4runner to the dealer and purchasing a ford expedition through the dealer. He was great throughout the whole process, such a kind seller. Drove from Wickliffe to Streetsboro to follow him. Loving our new vehicle!

They sold us a car an in less than 3 months and 1k miles it needs a new engine. They are impossible to contact about this. They are screwing over a young female minority and are perfectly fine with it! They gladly sell you a warranty that does nothing. go anywhere else but here. I have been trying to talk with someone for weeks now

On 12/20/24, I purchased a 1 year old vehicle here.

On 12/20/24, I purchased a 1 year old vehicle here. Transaction was pretty straightforward. It did take a little bit of time in the dealership, but I was pretty satisfied with this vehicle and transaction. However, you DO NOT get 5 stars from me due to the fact that when I test drove it, it was below E with a warning light. It was almost out of gas. Malik put a paltry quarter tank of gas in my new vehicle. I have NEVER been to a dealership where I've purchased new or used vehicles without them giving me a full tank of gas. I did get 2 free oil changes but since I live in south Akron it is a hike to get to Kia of streetsboro, and they will not let me go to another dealership for those 2 free oil changes, but they expect me to use my gas to drive that far when they couldn't even give me a tank of gas when I bought the vehicle. It may seem like silly complaints to some but with the price of gas and everything else it would have been nice if they would have filled the tank up. SHAME on you, Kia of Streetsboro

Beware of bait and switch!

Beware of bait and switch! These folks tried to scam me! I called the dealership about a vehicle and was quoted a price and payment plan. Then after driving an hour one way to the dealership and 45 minutes waiting around for the usual dealership back and forth xx, they said "Sorry, we can't honor the offer." Apparently, they had someone answering the phones that didn't know what they were talking about. They then tried to raise the price by $7,500! Make sure you get a quote in writing (although these days that means nothing too!)

Used Car Buyers Beware!

Used Car Buyers Beware! Cleo just tried to sell us a used Traverse not disclosing that the vehicle was in an accident ( front/back damage) Damaged used cars bought at auction are what they are selling. Lucky for us the auto body tech did a horrible job spraying the paint leading us to find out about the accident. A horrible experience!
