I recently purchased a car at Kia of Streetsboro. I had specific requirements for a vehicle and salesman Cleo Nettles listened and came through with a vehicle that matched my needs. He was polite and attentive and made the process streamlined and stress free. Kudos also to the finance team and my credits score isn't what it should be after a bout of identity theft.

I took my car to the dealership because my tire pressure
I took my car to the dealership because my tire pressure monitoring system was not working. After four hours, I got an email stating that I had a nail in my left front tire and I would need to replace the tire because it was not patchable. I attempted to call the shop and was hung up on four times during the transfer process. Then got a ride to the shop and was able to speak with my service personnel. She reported that they were unable to get the cap off of my tires because they were fused on and they would need to cut the stem and re-issue new stems and new caps. I told her I did not have time for the service today and I would schedule it a later date after I got a second opinion. She brought my car at this time and all the caps were off of my tires. I questioned her about this and she apologized, saying there was a misunderstanding, and she would get me new caps. She did do this very quickly, and I appreciated it. I ended up taking my car to Leopold’s in Stow for a second opinion. At Leopold, it was determined I did not have a nail in my tire. I did not need a new tire. But my tire pressure sensor was broken off and floating around inside my tire. $50 I was able to replace the tire pressure sensor. My car is now working condition And no new tire was needed.
