The team I worked with at Mercedes Benz of Owings Milll, MD (Elliott Bourne, Courtney Devilbliss, Rob Banks and the finance dept) are amazing! My customer service experience was phenomenal! The entire team is knowledgeable and very professional. Special recognition and appreciation to Mr. Elliott Bourne who needs to be the Mercedes Benz salesman of the century! From the time I entered the showroom to the time I drive off with my new car, he made sure my experience was the epitome of any car buying experienceI have ever had! Mr. Bourne is easy going, patient and did not at any time make me feel pressured to purchase a car. He is into his business. knowledgeable and provided detailed information about the car. He is also professional, open, friendly and easy to converse with. The tech training I received from Courtney Devilbliss about the car is/was top notch and thorough, All of my questions were answered and I never was made to feel unappreciated. The dealership is comfortable, and was not too loud and had the right amount of traffic. My experience was rewarding, memorable. Much better than I imagined it would be. I had an outstanding experience with both the sales

I had an outstanding experience with both the sales representative, Elliot Bourne, and the sales manager. The level of professionalism, care, and dedication they demonstrated went far beyond my expectations. Mr. Bourne went over and above the call of duty — even coming in on his day off to ensure that everything was handled smoothly and that I was taken care of. That kind of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about his dedication to his customers. There were no bogus or fake fees added to my deal. There were no aggressive tactics or pressure of any kind. He was so pleasant and professional. The sales manager, Mr. Pozderac, also played an exemplary role, ensuring that the process was seamless and that all my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. Together, they created a truly exceptional experience that left me confident and satisfied with my purchase. I was even surprised at how much I enjoyed my time in the finance office with Mr. Kolo. I can't remember a time when that was true. The whole experience is high tech. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with their efforts. They turned what could have been a stressful process into an easy and enjoyable one. I will buy every Mercedes from this dealership in the future and recommend anyone in the market to do the same.

This is my second time buying a car, I will say this

This is my second time buying a car, I will say this experience was faster, better, and more enjoyable than my first car buying experience. Mr. Dennis is very knowledgeable about not only Mercedes, but he has an extensive knowledge about cars in general. I was able to purchase my car within 2 1/2 hours. Mr. Dennis also took to the time out the next day to show me all the features that my new car has. I’m very comfortable with my new purchase. This is my first Mercedes purchase.

This is my first Mercedes purchase. Dennis took the time to explain to me the various models and which one would suit my needs. He is very professional and attentive to the small details which made the purchase go forward without any concerns.
