    I was honestly thinking of switching dealership and go to Hunt Valley. Harry saved the day. He has been the most professional service man I've dealt with in 10 years. Now I want to give them more business and even considering buying a new Benz only if he gets the commission. :)

    This guy is just about as rude as a person could possibly be. The mechanics in the service department are UNDER-SKILLED and/or UNDER-TRAINED. No place should be able to service a Mercedes-Benz better than The Official Mercedes-Benz Dealership. Unfortunately that is not true of this particular service center where the technician actually caused more problems to my vehicle than it had before I brought it there. This Service Manager, Tim Sauter, pretty much told me that he didn't care (using other words). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "NOT" TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO MERCEDES-BENZ OF OWINGS MILLS FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE NEEDED. People in positions of authority should have better customer relation skills and should have knowledge of cars, in this particular case. He does not!!

    I met Tom over a month ago and I knew I was dealing with someone who knew what he was doing. Sadly, I can't say the same for the management at the time. They made it nearly impossible to do business, said I liked the wrong color ? They have new management and the changes in the dealership are all for the better. They really allowed Tom to show his skills and he didnt disappoint. My wife's birthday is coming up and I am looking to get another GLS-450 in a few weeks ... you know I'm buying it from Tom. Cheers, Al

    ...But I'm now a happy first time Benz owner thanks to Mr. Robb Banks & company. It's always daunting buying a car (from the buyer's perspective), made all the moreso when graduating to the luxury line. The staff at Mercedes-Benz? of Owings Mills, especially dapper Robb, made me feel comfortable from negotiation to finance to delivery--as though I was always meant to sport the three-pointed star in my driveway. I anticipate a continuing relationship for years to come with a staff that knows how to make you feel like you deserve your little upgrade in life. All I can say is THANK YOU.

    Dont usually write reviews but this was the worst experience of my life. I had a nail in my back tire so i decided to schedule a service for the next morning since i was already advised to replace the front tires. This job was supposed to take 2 hours. Around the 2 hour mark the service advisor came out and told me that the car was finished and advised me to replace the 2 back tires soon. He also offered a "discount" that i could only get if i replaced all 4 tires at once. I thought about it and said no. If they really needed to be replaced he would have told me a couple of weeks before when he suggested that i replace the 2 front tires. He went back and then after another hour came out and said that i had no option but to replace the two back tires because the flat one had 2 nails in it and it couldnt be patched up. This is the moment i realized that this guy thinks im a total fool. how the xxxx can you replace the two front tires before you fix the flat one? If a tire is flat that is the first thing you fix before you start replacing the other tires. Mind you he just told me an hour before that the car was done. I called his bluff and told him to just leave it, i will fix it myself it takes 5 minutes. he proceeded to let me wait another two hours. I finally got sick of the xxxxxxxx and yelled at one of the workers to just get my car. 5 minutes later the car comes out with all tires perfectly fine including the one that "couldnt" be patched. He let me wait there for 5 hours when all they did was replace 2 tires, something that shouldnt take ten minutes. And then repeatedly tried to pressure me into changing all 4. Even resorting to a total lie. I do not even care about them trying to rip me off because i know that it is their job, but it is the fact that he made me sit there for 5 hours just to repeatedly try to jip me

    When I came in to Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills. I was trying to squeeze into a C class that I saw online. He then asked me what I like about the car, and what would be a comfortable payment. Long story short, I got an E class with lower miles in same price range. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
