Arrived at the Express Service drop off with no appointment. Was met immediately by a pleasant service attendant, who took a few pieces of info and started the process. Went inside and met Joe, who completed the initial paperwork. 30 minutes after arring, the oil was changed and the tires were rotated. Best initial cad service I ever had.

I was brand new to this service location. I was treated like I'd been there all along with my 10 year old Honda. Immediate attention to my needs. Welcoming. Kind and attentive! Excellent service was rendered! Thank you Joe!

Needed a whell lock removed that was overtorqued by Tire Warehouse in Belfast Maine. Mt.Kisco Honda tech managed fo remove it wthout having to cut it or damage wheel!

They took my vehicle as soon as I got to the entrance even before my scheduled time.to change my oil and filter. The wait was very short. The employees were great. Rachel, who I dealt with was very nice and treated me like family. She is an asset to your staff. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Regular maintenance. I was not told I needed many unnecessary repairs. Been going here for 15 years despite having a dealership down the street from me. I travel 20 miles because these folks are THAT trustworthy.
