Terrible service and very rude. Why pay to be insulted? DO NOT waste your time with these crooks. I'll NEVER do business with this place again.
I am so happy with them. they make me feel safe and they are very caring. i am very pleased with the receptionist and advisor tony she is the best.
I was in the market for a used car for my daughter, a new driver. We went to look at a used Honda, but also noted a great looking, newer Ford that had... a lot of the safety features I was looking for. Even though Honda is his brand, Gabriel recognized that this car was the better value for her, and took us on a test drive. He was great to work with, the pricing was very fair, and he even drove the car all the way down to the Ford dealer in CT so that we could have the car inspected...which was appreciated. My daughter is very happy with the car and loves driving it. I would definitely return to buy another used or new car from this dealership. Ask for Gabriel.
The dealership was unpleasant to work with regarding a problem with my 2017 Civic. They even assured me a part was in, I drove 40 miles to get it installed,... and the part actually was not in. Then they tried to blame ME for the mistake! In generally, a very unpleasant, poorly groomed, uncaring group to work with.
My services were never done on time. I was never called back when they said I would be. Very unhappy with service department here.
Nick from mt kisco helped me purchase a certified pre-owned accord. Very professional, not pushy like many other places. Ive been to a number if dealers... and would definitely recommend honda mt Kisco. They offer a great combination of good pricing and great customer service.
I purchased my Honda CRV a week ago. I needed a roof rack installed. For 250 they did this for me. Then I drove the car upstate. The roof rack made a terrible... howling sound ... really LOUD. Today I returned to the dealership asking if the rack was installed correctly and told it was. I related my experience of the noise problem to the salesperson. He told me that no one had EVER complained about this noise before. I invited him to take a ride with me so he might hear it himself. He said he didn't want to do this. I said I wanted it then to be removed. They did this. I was not able to get my 250 refunded because Honda does not do refunds on "accessories". The two roof rack bars are now in my basement. This ruined my experience with Honda. SAD. VERY SAD.
This was the second Odyssey we purchased from Mount Kisco Honda. Our last was a 2013, this was a 2016. In between we purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester... XT, as well as a 2015 Crosstrek. Not our usual, but we had the need for a few cars lately. Our dealing with Brian Durkan at Mount Kisco Honda back in 2013 was so awesome that we thought it was a fluke. Both of our next deals for the Subarus were awful by comparison. Brian at Mount Kisco was such a great experience that we just went back there and picked up the 2016. Our experience was even better than 2013. Here is what We found at other dealers, but NEVER at MK. Salesperson "what kind of work do you do?" Salesperson "what can I do to get you into that vehicle today?" Salesperson "that is way below our cost" high pressure from the finance manager after an agreed price. Both times, we drove the car, had a price in mind, negotiated a little (as expected), and signed a deal that day. After the agreement, we met with the finance manager. We made it clear to Brian we didn't want anything additional. Here is how it went. Finance manager holding paperwork "do you want any extras? Auto start, etching etc?" Us "no thank you" Finance manager "okay". He then spent 5 minutes running the numbers, explaining the doc to us, giving us a final number, and we left. That was it. Highest recommendation
We went to Mt. Kisco Honda to test drive a CRV. Guy, the man behind the front desk, sent us to the salesman, while making fun of us to the other salesmen... for being two minutes earlier than our appointment time. During the test drive, the salesman insisted that he sit in front and that we only drive his designated route. We explained that we wanted to drive up a hill to feel the V-4 engine and he yelled at us that he will not do it. When we asked him questions during the drive, he snapped at us and was clearly annoyed that we bothered him. He offered no information about the vehicle and did not offer to talk with us afterwards about the car, the price or about our questions. We went to another dealer to purchase our car.
I purchased a Honda accord new in 08,bought an extended warranty for $1500.00 which I was told the $1500.00 would be returned to me after the mileage or... 72 months would expire if I had no claims.Well I had no claims and my money was never refunded. This was a no brainer to purchase the warranty.I was told the representitve for the ins.company could not be located, and that this Honda dealership had been doing business with him for many years. The only money I would receive would be .50 on the dollar and that my paperwork was given to the dealership lawyer.I've called to speak with David Feingold their finance mgr.3x and he is always out.As of yet I have not received a phone call or check.
