We have been loyal customers for our last 3 Toyota Raves and have been very pleased overall with our experience. It there was a "very good" overall rating, we would use it (somewhere between good and excellent). The service department is superb. We had a positive experience with a new lease, negotiating a fair price, and the car was delivered on schedule. Our sales rep was very good and responsive pointing out the benefits of leasing an EV Rave vs. extending our current lease. Would have appreciated a better and more complete orientation on the new car and its features. We have recommended dealership to others and will continue to buy or lease future cars there.

George was absolutely fabulous helping us purchase our 2022 Sienna. While waiting for delivery of our new car, our 2010 Sienna broke literally as we were bringing it in for the trade in assessment. We instead ended up leaving the car with their service department for the night, and they were great figuring out and fixing the old car. Between buying a new car and servicing our old, Rivera Toyota was great! Thanks to Georgie Brunner and Omar in getting us out today when we picked up the new van.
