Worst experience Iv had with a dealership. As a vehicle buyer that purchases vehicles every two years or less, Iv gone through the process and bought many vehicles from different dealerships and platforms. I had worked out a deal and was willing to sign purchase agreement and even would have put money down, but they weren’t willing to hold the vehicle for a couple days, as I’m out of state and couldn’t come right away. I’m an all cash buyer and would have been an easy sale! Isabella gave me the excuse her manager wouldn’t hold a vehicle and I told her you were passing up a sale now to maybe get one in a day . Guess this place thinks my money and sale isn’t important, I’ll take my business elsewhere, and suggest you do as well! Poor customer experience and service!!

Yes Chris, sorry about the disservice. We sell vehicles on a first come first serve basis. We don't hold vehicles for anyone whether you are local or not. I know you inquired about a used Jeep and planned to drive to visit in the coming days. However, we didn't agree to terms on your trade value, so I don't understand how you thought you had a deal on this vehicle. These policies exist to keep a fair opportunity for any customer to purchase a vehicle. This isn't poor customer experience, it's a missed opportunity. Good luck in your future purchases.
I have a signed retail order form from the dealership. So not sure how that doesn’t count for a deal...? If I could post the signed form on here, I would!!

Service was very good. Mike got me set up quickly and out the door so that I could get to work. I like the videos that are texted to me, so that I can see the work that was comleted.

They expertly and effectively addressed a myriad of failure alerts by expertly diagnosing the root cause of the issue and efficiently remedying the problem. Another great service experience from Audi Hoffman Estates.

SQ8 Purchase
Ordered a new SQ8. Other than the time it took to get it was a seamless transaction. Would recommend Carlo as he followed up with me frequently during the wait time.

Family Values??? I don't think so....
I'm an Audi guy. I've owned 3 previous Audis and I'm loyal to the brand. I have been looking for a 2018 Audi Q5 for about 3-5 months and the first few that I wanted fell through (at other dealerships). Then I called Audi Hoffman Estates about the car I currently own (purchased on 6/23). Isabela was good and followed up throughout the process. However, once we took the car home, the next morning (6/24) we had an issue with the virtual cockpit where it completely shut down and rebooted. All electronics turned off it was startling considering we were driving the car. We took it back and the service team was great. We have worked with Ted McConnell and Mike Colles as well as the Service Manager Andy Emberton. Hoffman Estates never resolved the Cockpit completely, but they tried a few times and we have since gone to another service center who I think I much better. Where this review takes a turn is the very next day (6/24), I noticed a quarter inch gap in my right rear door. My girlfriend could hear loud road noises while we drove our new car on the highway. So I called Audi Hoffman Estates and they checked it out. It was sent over to a body shop and they tried to bend it back in place, but I was quoted $1,500 - $2,000 to take the door off and have it completely fixed (back to factory perfection) My car is under warranty - so I asked them to take care of it. Mike said that I would have to figure this out with the Used Car Manager Dan Yusko because I was claiming I purchased it this way. Dan said there was no proof the car was purchased this way. He said it must've happened in the 48 hours I owned the car and that it is IMPOSSIBLE they had the car with this gap. My car is certified pre-owned, so it went through a 300 point inspection and there is NO WAY the team missed this gap in the door. So, for photo proof, I kindly asked Dan if he could send me the stock photos they had of my car from when they posted pictures on their site. He was not happy or very willing to do this. You would think that someone who is SO POSITIVE it couldn't have happened at Hoffman Estates would be elated to share these photos! But he took a few photos on his iPhone and sent them to me via email (I asked him to take a simple screen shot for better photo resolution and he refused). So - in the photos I received, there is clearly a dark black line in the right rear door. I felt validated that it was not ME who did this, but it was something that happened to the car while at Hoffman Estates. Still.... nothing. Dan said it's not their fault and he wouldn't help. So - me being me... I tried to called the son of the owner, General Manager Brian Hall. I even showed up for a meeting with him at 9am (when I was told he would be there) and he never showed. This dealership and service center prides itself on family values. It was one of the main reasons I chose to purchase from Hoffman Estates. However, and I can only speak for myself, but this was NOT the experience I had. I felt taken advantage of, I felt lied to, I did not feel supported at all even though the picture shows the gap I was speaking of. I'm frustrated. I have great potential to be a loyal customer, but I will never return to Hoffman Estates. If anyone lives in the city of Chicago, I HIGHLY recommend Fletcher Jones Service Center on Elston. They have WAY MORE resources and I feel truly taken care of there.

There was definitely physical damage to the passenger side rear door. At speeds above 5 mph, you could hear wind noise. This type of damage would have been found by 1. The technician that certified it, 2. The detail shop that cleaned it 3. The Salesperson at time of test drive and 4. The customer that bought the car. If there was this damage it would have been found before purchase. To come back in one month from date of purchase and blame the dealership is unforgivable. You may not have damaged your vehicle, but somebody did, and it was done after your date of purchase.
I wrote 2 reviews before this one - your dealership flagged it as "inappropriate"... then it took me 2 more weeks to get this posted. I told Audi Hoffman Estates about the gap in the door THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR - not one month later like you claim in your response. I even had Dan Yusko send me pictures from the posting on YOUR WEBSITE. The gap is there, clear as day. You response to my review shows everything anyone should need to know about how you handle customer service issues. I tried for weeks to get this fixed at Audi Hoffman Estates. I will never return to this dealership.
Annual check up.
To make the appointment Ted returned my call is a very timely manner. I has great client skills. Date was just what i needed. Service was great and the car was very clean. Job completed in a timely manner too.
