I looked and priced the NX for 2 years at several different Lexus dealerships. I stopped by Lexus of Chattanooga for the 3rd time [the first 2 were unsuccessful] and that’s when Fred Fortson helped me. Very pleasant experience. Buying or leasing is always a struggle but this team operated very smoothly. My wife and I have purchased several cars over the years but had never considered leasing. My Salesman Fred Fortson was absolutely the best salesperson that I dealt with during my trips at a total of four area dealerships. He was heads and shoulders above everyone that I came in contact with while trying to buy a Luxury car. From the time I met him he was friendly and courteous. Fred was extremely professional, knowledgeable and Sharply dressed. He explained every single feature on my GX460 and made me and the family feel very comfortable throughout the process. I leased my new RX from the fantastic team at Lexus of Chattanooga. I say team, because they ALL were a part of my buying process and EVERYONE made me feel welcomed and appreciated. As a woman, it is often difficult to purchase a vehicle; you are made to feel as if you should have a man with you, you are showed the cup-holders and vanity mirrors instead of the performance features, etc. These folks; Ralph Paty who greeted me with the door opened, got me coffee and showed me my first lexus on my first trip in, Fred Fortson who explained my lease vs purchase options, Reggie Elder who sat with me and discussed the benefits of the RX vs the Mercedes, Infinity, Audi and BMW counterparts when I came in for a third time, and Larry Holder who brought me the final vehicle I wanted to drive to my office! These guys truly are a team and are more concerned with customer relationships than just making the sale. When I decided on the RX I finally purchased, Leighann Morgan the Finance Manager was AMAZING. She was able to secure the right lease option for me as well as provide me with no out of pocket expenses for the entire lease.... I'm sold on my new RX, I'm sold on Lexus of Chattanooga!

Great dealership and even better customer service! I went there to buy a used car wanting to save some money. Thanks to Fred Fortson who took time to work out all the options for me, I got a brand new 2018 model! He was not pushy and willing to help me get what I wanted as best he could!
