We have been at Bob Smith MINI for years and have received the best service from the amazing team of Sue and Christina in the service dept. They always are so kind and take great care of us, making sure we are well informed and going the extra mile. We have bought 3 MINI's here and have only experienced a fantastic, no pressure deal. George was our salesman, kind and patient as we quickly got our lovely cooper. I recommend this dealership to anyone wanting top of the line service.

I just purchased a 2013 MINI Countryman All4 from Bob Smith over the weekend and I not only love the car, but had a great experience at the dealer. Richard Lloyd took a lot of time to show me the different options on the car and test drove with me twice. He was incredibly thorough and super nice (and patient!). Then it came to deal-making and I have to say, it was relatively painless. Eddie Ahmadie finalized the deal and the paperwork was processed and I was in my new car a few hours later. It would have been quicker but they were exceptionally busy that day selling a lot of cars - good for them! I have many friends who have BMW's from Bob Smith and I am confident that I will continue to have a good experience with this dealer. Definitely ask for Richard if you want to check out the MINI and know that you are in good hands if you end up making a deal with Eddie!

Bob Smith MINI has redefined CUSTOMER SERVICE and what can be considered a GREAT PRICE from a car dealership from my perspective. It is by far, the best auto dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with! I was particularly pleased with the knowledgeable, yet relaxed, product demonstration from Kirsten Lobetta Tim Costa. Both were personable and easy to work with. Kirsten’s familiarity with the brand was extensive and Tim really worked hard to get us a great price. Excellent Customer Service! They provided a loaner car, washed and vacuumed out our car. It was done on time. Very professional, and they explained everything they did to our car.

Our experiance at Bob Smith has been wonderfull, Sue & Megan in the Mini Service Department always meets us with a smile,have been so helpfull and friendly every time we come in to have service done or need questions answered. We are in and out in record time, better than any dealership we have ever had to deal with. We have moved to Lake Havasu City Arizona and will not take our car anywhere else if at all possible, we make the trip to Bob Smith in Ca. The only thing is we are on Social Security and the prices are a little to high for us, and would really like to have Senior Discounts made avalible. Jan Kramer

I can't believe how rude Sue was when we went in there the other day. We ask about a renter car and she gave me attitude that they don't rent car they only loan them. Then when I went back to pick up me Mini after service she was worse. I am not if she was having a day week or is just like that. But really you are a customer service person try to be a little nicer.

Having to take your car in for service is always a stressful time. Being treated with the kindness and care that I receive at Bob Smith Mini, it takes a lot of that stress out of the equation. Hands down the best service I've ever had. As long as I have my Mini, I will take it to Bob Smith.
