Scotty was absolutely fantastic!! His knowledge, demeanor and personality are what made our Bob Smith MINI customer experience incredible. I can honestly say that Scotty is far from the stereo type auto salesman and is what every car shopper would hope for, when they walk through the door of a dealership! In searching for our ideal vehicle, we visited several dealerships to explore alternative brands and encountered many sales people along the way. NONE were as professional, courteous and helpful as he was. We are happy to be BOB SMITH customer's and look forward to our service experience next!

I just purchased a 2013 MINI Countryman All4 from Bob...

I just purchased a 2013 MINI Countryman All4 from Bob Smith over the weekend and I not only love the car, but had a great experience at the dealer. Richard Lloyd took a lot of time to show me the different options on the car and test drove with me twice. He was incredibly thorough and super nice (and patient!). Then it came to deal-making and I have to say, it was relatively painless. Eddie Ahmadie finalized the deal and the paperwork was processed and I was in my new car a few hours later. It would have been quicker but they were exceptionally busy that day selling a lot of cars - good for them! I have many friends who have BMW's from Bob Smith and I am confident that I will continue to have a good experience with this dealer. Definitely ask for Richard if you want to check out the MINI and know that you are in good hands if you end up making a deal with Eddie!

Bob Smith MINI has redefined CUSTOMER SERVICE and what can be considered a GREAT PRICE from a car dealership from my perspective. It is by far, the best auto dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with! I was particularly pleased with the knowledgeable, yet relaxed, product demonstration from Kirsten Lobetta Tim Costa. Both were personable and easy to work with. Kirsten’s familiarity with the brand was extensive and Tim really worked hard to get us a great price. They both acted as true professionals and represented the company very well. “Bob Smith MINI - you are the best! Thank you everything and for doing it better than anybody else!

Excellent Customer Service! They provided a loaner car, washed and vacuumed out our car. It was done on time. Very professional, and they explained everything they did to our car.

Our experiance at Bob Smith has been wonderfull, Sue...

Our experiance at Bob Smith has been wonderfull, Sue & Megan in the Mini Service Department always meets us with a smile,have been so helpfull and friendly every time we come in to have service done or need questions answered. We are in and out in record time, better than any dealership we have ever had to deal with. We have moved to Lake Havasu City Arizona and will not take our car anywhere else if at all possible, we make the trip to Bob Smith in Ca. The only thing is we are on Social Security and the prices are a little to high for us, and would really like to have Senior Discounts made avalible. Jan Kramer

I can't believe how rude Sue was when we went in there...

I can't believe how rude Sue was when we went in there the other day. We ask about a renter car and she gave me attitude that they don't rent car they only loan them. Then when I went back to pick up me Mini after service she was worse. I am not if she was having a day week or is just like that. But really you are a customer service person try to be a little nicer.

Having to take your car in for service is always a...

Having to take your car in for service is always a stressful time. Being treated with the kindness and care that I receive at Bob Smith Mini, it takes a lot of that stress out of the equation. Hands down the best service I've ever had. As long as I have my Mini, I will take it to Bob Smith.

Ian & George the sexiest lads at BOB SMITH MINI ;) Seriously I have been coming here since 2005... 3 MINI COOPERS later, I can not recommend them highly enough, they truly find you the best deal! The staff are kind, helpful, charming and knowledgeable... We just got delivery of our latest "baby" MINI COOPER! A MINI is not just a car! And the staff at BOB SMITH are not just car dealers! But Much much more! BEST EXPERIENCE ALWAYS - THANK YOU :)

well. their people is kind to our families, also they have great deal with it. especially, they sent handwrite letter with my picture with mini. usually, when my family purchased the other dealer shop they didn't send any "thank you" letter but this dealershops little different between others.

Run do not walk away from calabasas bob smith whether it...

Run do not walk away from calabasas bob smith whether it is mini or BMW. I had purchased a brand new 2012 Mini Cooper that was 2 hours away from this dealership. I paid full and they did not even offer to flatbed the car, tinstead hey drove it all the way and put 115 miles on the car. The rep who drove it over was Lori, and when we recieved the car we did not even get a full tank! The tank was nearly empty when we had recieved the car. Also Lori had told us to call her if we have any issues so we called her one day to find out she doesnt work at this dealership anymore and got moved to Universal BMW. A couple days after we walk into Bob Smith Calabasas just to find Lori helping out another customer! What kind of BS is this? SInce having the car only a year I've been in the dealership multiple times for many different reasons. 1. my drivers door handle melted 2.my window motor broke 3.My passenger visor mirror cover broke twice. Everytime I came in I felt very unwanted as the service reps are very rude and one-worded. Also my parents had bought me this car and everytime I walk in they treat me like a little spoiled girl. I went to Bob Smith one day to get my car serviced about leaking coolant and my broken mirror visor, only to find out that the sensor to indicate the temperature of the car enhgine was being recalled. Josh, the service rep, had told me he would call me back when my car is ready. 4 hours later and still no call I call Bob Smith to find out my cars been ready for 2 hours! I drive over there and actually talk to Josh about the situation as he decides to lie to my face and say "what?! I called you at 2 to leave you a message" obviously not I never recieved a call or message EVER. When i purchase a car especially full in cash I would never expect such horrendus service like this. I will never even think of buying a mini or bmw anymore from this horrible experience. Matter of fact anyone want to buy a brand new 2012 mini cooper fully loaded?! LOL
