best car buying experience ever. totally different then the other BMW dealerships I called. They are laid back and friendly. Not pushy, just informative and enthusiastic. I was surprised by the cost of the cars for the high quality as I was looking at slightly used Mini's. It was a pleasure and I will stick with this group.

We are always impressed by Josh's commitment and he always makes our needs a priority and has our best interest at heart. We trust him and know he's reliable and dependable. Thank you.

Robert was just excellent. He is very down to earth, no nonsense salesman. He provided me with details of all the options and costs before I selected the car I wanted. He spent endless time looking for the car I wanted and showed great excitement when he found it. This is exactly what a new owner wants to see. He went out of his way to have the accessories I purchased installed before I left the showroom. The financial department was equally as considerate. He explained all the options to me and as we added each item to the list (extended warranty), he always stopped to inform me how this changed the actual cost of the car. Very considerate. Service was excellent.

The service department at Bob Smith Mini is in a word "wonderful". Josh Gates and Christina Langosh have gone above and beyond what is required of them to assist me every time I visit Bob Smith Mini. Recently, they called me to notify me of two items that had been recalled by the manufacturer that needed replacing. Honestly, I would never had been aware of this recall if it wasn't for their attention to this matter. I brought my car in Josh explained the repairs in detail and he helped me get a replacement hood scoop that was peeling all under warranty. This replacement meant the world to me and if it weren't for Josh, I wouldn't have been able to get that replaced. Most importantly, the recall items turned out to be a huge fix for my car engine performance and my entire car feels like new! I couldn't recommend this place more and the 5-stars go to Josh and Christina.

Everyone was friendly and a real job to deal with - they call and email for confirmations, they have loaners available easily. Only improvement would be the coffee in the waiting area :) Overall though was a great experience and I couldnt be happier with my choice of vehicle or where I have it serviced!

Serious, Professional and friendly. No put ons, pushiness or high pressure sales here. They have a gem in Robert, an x-race car driver. He was extremely helpful and highlighted the safety and performance of the mini before anything else. After that the car sold itself along with its great warranty, it would have been illogical to not get the car. Test drive was fantastic and we ended up buying 2!
